Consisting of ten specialized treatment rooms and its own hair salon, this aesthetic medicine clinic offers its clients much more than standard medical care. The space is designed to combine a high level of comfort, functionality and aesthetics, creating a sense of prestige and trust from the first moment of entry.

Reception

The design is inspired by French classicism, which gives sophistication and a sense of timeless elegance. However, the interior also incorporates contemporary elements – clean lines, modern lighting solutions and high-quality materials, which provide lightness and relevance to the vision. This combination of classic aesthetics and modern interpretation creates a unique atmosphere that is both stylish and functional. The result is an interior that inspires trust and tranquility, but also brings a sense of prestige and class. The clinic is not just a place for procedures – it becomes a space where clients can feel special and cared for, and the design itself contributes to the feeling of aesthetics and harmony.

Hallway

The walls are enriched with decorative friezes, which bring a sense of classical depth and emphasize the sophisticated atmosphere. Some of the doors are wallpaper doors, which allows the friezes to continue continuously on the walls. Others are built into the paneling, thanks to which a clean and continuous line is achieved, bringing a sense of harmony and order. This combination of classical details and contemporary interpretation turns the corridor not just into a functional connecting space, but into part of the overall aesthetic experience that the clinic offers.

Office

The office is designed as a sophisticated space that combines functionality with classic elegance. The interior creates a sense of professionalism and trust from the first glance. Visually, the room is enriched with subtle decorative elements and friezes on the walls, which bring sophistication and character without burdening the atmosphere.

Each office is designed to provide optimal working conditions for specialists and maximum comfort for clients. The color palette and details are selected with attention to the psychological impact – soft tones create tranquility, and accent elements emphasize the individuality of each room.

Cosmetic Cabinet No. 5

The beauty salon is designed as a functional and cozy space, where every detail is carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort for both the specialist and the client. The work area is organized so that all tools and appliances are at hand, without disturbing the visual harmony of the interior.

Gynecological Clinic

The gynecological office is designed with a priority on comfort, functionality, and discretion, creating a space in which patients feel safe and relaxed.

Massage Room

The massage room is designed as a space for recovery and relaxation, where the professionalism of the physiotherapists is combined with an atmosphere of calm and harmony. The lighting is delicate and functional, ensuring precision during the procedures, while adding warmth and intimacy to the space. The office is equipped with a sound system with discreet and harmonious music, contributing to relaxation and stress reduction.

Toilet for Visitors

The bathroom is designed as a small but impactful space, where luxury and sophistication are in focus. A key element in the interior is green marble – a material that brings a sense of prestige and natural energy. Its deep tones and unique veins create a dramatic and elegant backdrop that gives character and individuality to the room. Large mirrors play a key role in the spatial feeling – they visually expand the room.

Hairdressing Salon

The interior is designed so that each zone is clearly defined, but at the same time visually connected through a common aesthetic and harmonious atmosphere. Functionality is the main thing – the workplaces are organized to provide comfort for specialists and convenience for clients. The hairdressing area is designed with spacious workstations and large mirrors, which not only facilitate work, but also create a feeling of light and space. The pedicure area is designed with a comfortable armchair and specialized equipment, creating a relaxing atmosphere, complemented by delicate lighting accents.

Facade and Signboard

The large sign on the clinic’s facade is designed as a key element of its visual presence and recognition. In addition, a modern video wall is integrated, on which advertisements and representative videos about the clinic are projected. It not only attracts the attention of passers-by, but also reinforces the feeling of innovation, dynamism and high level of the services offered.

The round dining table adds lightness and air to the space, turning the dining area into a pleasant place for shared moments.

The hallway is organized with practical storage areas, cleverly hidden behind detailed paneling that visually clears the space and unifies the style of the entire apartment.

The bedroom is bright and compact, with a sense of coziness and tranquility. The details on the walls follow the style of the apartment, and the space is optimized and clean to provide maximum comfort in a minimalist environment.

The bathroom is compact and functionally organized, with each corner separated to make the most of the space. The color palette is dark, adding intimacy and drama, and the shower area is bright and clean, creating a pleasant visual accent. The contrast is emphasized, while functionality remains the leading one.

Bedroom 2

The bedroom is minimalist and gentle, the integrated accent paneling creates an elegant look for the room. The wide bed frame, extending from end to end, adds additional softness, and the console bedside tables emphasize the lightness of the interior. The soft lighting creates an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility, turning the space into a real place for relaxation.

Guest Bedroom

The second bathroom repeats the layout and compact dimensions, but is a mirror image in color. Light tones dominate here, creating a feeling of spaciousness and cleanliness, while the shower area is designed in dark shades, which bring contrast and depth. The balance between light and dark gives an elegant and modern atmosphere.

House in Barcelona

Functional Layout

The main idea for ​​this project was to create a light, elegant and airy atmosphere, dominated by the sea view and the ever-changing colors of the surrounding nature. In it, we broke the spatial boundaries and adopted minimalist functionalism, while emphasizing the sensory experiences of people in the space. In terms of layout, the home functions are distributed over three levels, as follows: ground floor, where there is a gym, sauna, elevator with utility room, office, two bathrooms and a bedroom; on the second level, in an open plan, there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom. On the third floor, there are separate rooms with bedrooms, bathrooms, a dressing room and terraces to the bedrooms.

Living Room

The second floor features a living room, kitchen and dining area in a single open space. We have created a practical and functional interior design that reflects contemporary luxury and creates a cozy atmosphere. Every corner offers an open view to the outside, providing a 180-degree view that blurs the line between interior and exterior. The matte white furniture, along with black, creamy beige and cappuccino marble tones, create an atmosphere that aims to be relaxing and inspiring at the same time.

Kitchen

The large white kitchen impresses with its light and spaciousness. The central island is the accent of the interior – both functional and social, it offers a comfortable work surface and a place for gatherings. The seating areas add dynamism and lightness, turning the island into a natural place for breakfast, a quick coffee or conversations with loved ones. The clean white color emphasizes the feeling of freshness and modernity, and the generous space allows for comfort and freedom of movement.

Dining Room

A black and white medium-sized dining table with comfortable armchairs for seating eight people acts as a central element. The prominent colors highlight certain elements in the home, which are arranged in a composition of contemporary tastes. Perfectly combined with each other, they create an extremely chic and sophisticated feel. Conceived in a way that is easy on the eyes, the entire layout has a vibrant and free taste.

Soft Seating Area

The living room features a small cozy area with a sofa and TV, which complements the main space without overwhelming it. This nook is designed as an alternative to the main sofa – a place for a short break, for watching a movie in a more intimate setting, or for solitude with a book. The compact size of the sofa emphasizes the lightness and practicality of the area, and its positioning allows for a free flow of movement in the rest of the room. The balance between comfort and functionality turns this small area into a pleasant accent in the living room.

Guest Toilet

The small bathroom impresses with a sense of style and spaciousness, despite its compact dimensions. The gray marble creates a sense of luxury and modern sophistication, while the white tiles bring light and visually expand the space. The contrast between the two materials gives a balance – both elegant and fresh. The clean lines and minimalist design emphasize the feeling of order, and the combination of neutral colors allows for easy addition of accents through accessories or lighting. The result is a functional and stylish room that brings harmony and comfort to everyday life.

Staircase and Hallway

The third floor welcomes you with an elegant entrance hall in a minimalist style and delicate design. This contemporary aesthetic perfectly shows how stylish and functional such a space can be, with selected colors and harmony of shapes that follow the functions. The highlight here is the turquoise armchair, which matches the energy of the tabletop. The wall lamp and the oval mirror give a different touch, adding a touch of shine.

Master Bedroom and Walk-in Closet

The bedrooms in the home are conceptualized with modern elements in unique, complementary color palettes. The master bedroom is recreated in such a stylish setting with an ideal interior layout. The bed here is a central element, and everything else is located around it and positioned in accordance with it. In addition, we have placed bedside tables that look great and perfectly approach the given style. The relationship between outside and inside merges, creating the most beautiful surrounding environment.

Master Bathroom

An oasis of privacy and relaxation, this stylish en suite bathroom is designed with a distinct beauty and design that minimizes the feeling of clutter. Featuring elegant, monochromatic tones with luxurious marble details, it combines minimalism with modern design. With beautifully textured stone for the wall, black details that add a touch of drama, and the soft glow of diffused light coming from under the mirror, this bathroom exudes a visually impactful luxurious feel. A glass window offers a view of the magnificent landscape beyond, adding a dose of tranquility and delight.

Kids Bedroom

While the common areas speak of a mature and sophisticated sensibility, the nursery is characterized by playful imagination and contrasting hues. The room experiments with its own predominant theme, imbued with elements of space and stars, representing the boy’s inquisitive and exploratory personality.

Entrance Hall and Gym at Ground Level

A wellness retreat has been designed on the first floor, combining a premium collection of designer home fitness equipment, a sauna, a swimming pool and a relaxation area. The main space is functionally divided into a sports area and a relaxation area. Visually separated by frosted glass is the relaxation area, where an elegant velvet sofa in turquoise blue is located. The natural stone flooring in rare and prestigious marble creates a unified individual spirit. The interior with a strikingly simple design creates a unique and luxurious place for personal and leisure time, combining both aesthetics and functionality.

Sauna

The sauna is located in the entrance hall itself, transforming the space into a relaxation area right from the doorstep. The glass part opens up a captivating view of the sea, which brings a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility. The wooden cladding envelops the room with warmth and natural coziness, and the clean lines emphasize the modern sound of the interior. The contrast between the intimate atmosphere of the sauna and the endless horizon outside creates a unique experience – a place where the body relaxes and the gaze is immersed in the blue.

Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom is designed in a minimalist vision, where light and natural materials dominate. The large white tiles emphasize the purity of the space and visually expand it, and the gray stone brings character and a sense of stability. The contrast between the smooth surface of the tiles and the texture of the stone gives a stylish balance. Thus, the bathroom becomes a sophisticated, yet unobtrusive room, suitable for guests and everyday comfort.

Featuring warm neutral tones, soft woods, sumptuous layers of linens and an organic rug, this bedroom evokes calm and relaxation from the moment you look at it. Minimalist nightstands in a subtle shade of white and brass-colored pendant lights surround the bed for a soothing touch. All the integrated textures support the overall aesthetic concept of the interior, giving it a sensual and individual design.

The guest bathroom is designed in a modern and clean style that combines practicality and elegance. The large-format white tiles add space and light, creating a feeling of purity and lightness. Seamless glass barriers frame the balconies, made of highly durable tempered glass with an ultra-minimalist design. These glass panels function as a safety barrier with a contemporary aesthetic.

Swimming Pool

The courtyard features a swimming pool and various relaxation areas, each with its own unique qualities, thus ensuring a diverse experience of the exterior. Featuring modern and high-quality outdoor furniture, combined with soothing, warm lighting, the courtyard functions as an outdoor living room for relaxation and socializing. Another wonderful feature is the external elevator, which leads directly to the garage. Due to the slope of the property itself, the parking lot is located two levels below the house. This area provides enough space for parking up to three cars. A luxurious and stylish home for modern living, incorporating the most modern construction and design techniques, turning it into a fashionable architectural wonder.

The entrance hall is located on the top floor of the house – an atypical architectural solution dictated by its unique location on a hill. A specific feature here is the shower space, which has been converted into a steam room with a dark mosaic bench. For this purpose, a steam generator is installed in the bedroom, hidden in the plasterboard structure.

An aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that prioritizes function over form. Clean lines, minimalist surfaces and elegant symmetry. The mix of palette and contrasting elements work effectively to distract from the size. Its character of warmth is deepened by the inclusion of natural wood and hidden lighting.

Each room is made up of carefully selected high-end elements, with plush upholstered furniture and designer lighting solutions. An exquisite palette of gray, black, beige and gold elements paints a smooth color story on the first floor, which extends from the entrance hall, living area and sleek design of the dining room and kitchen. On the second floor is the décor of two stunning bedrooms, three bathrooms and a children’s room.

Skillful combination of dark shades, natural fabrics and sophisticated details, enhancing the individuality and charm of the home.

Despite its unusual shapes, we have built a beautiful and spacious living room, with great attention to detail and reasonable distribution of functional areas. Exclusive play of color solutions and materials, with a few black touches, and walls, gently decorated with decorative friezes. Upholstered furniture is selected in the gray range, and the light coming in from the large windows only enhances the effect of this color scheme. The kitchen is simple but extremely practical. Bright granite tiles, built-in appliances and cabinets without fittings describe the charm of this area, and the large worktop creates additional space for work and drink.
In a special corner of the living room we have placed the dining table, and around it, again decided in gray, we have placed comfortable armchairs with soft upholstery. A specially built ethanol fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere and enhances home comfort.

Kitchen and Dining room

Optimizing the living room, we have visually and functionally separated spaces for a kitchen with a kitchen island, dining room and living room.
The kitchen and the kitchen island are chosen in monotonous colors so as not to intrude. An interesting aspect of the kitchen is that the kitchen area is in line with the suspended ceiling over it .
The dining table combines perfectly with the kitchen countertops. We chose cozy armchairs lined with soft burgundy fabric. Placed on a dark carpet and under elegant metal chandeliers, they become the color accent in the room.

Living Room with a Bar Area

In order to visually and functionally separate the relaxation area from the rest of the living room, we chose to raise it on a higher level. We positioned the upholstered furniture in the middle so that there will be enough space around it. The designed wine and cocktail bar, which is a visual continuation of the kitchen, gives style and individuality to the room.
To create more coziness, we used wooden paneling to cover the walls and the doors to the guest bathroom, built-in laundry closet and the master bedroom there is also a wardrobe at the corner of it.

Master Bedroom with a Walk-in Closet

The master bedroom in the apartment follows the same style as the other parts of the apartment – minimalistic, clean and elegant. We furnished it with a bright double bed with a headboard upholstered in the center, a light dressing table and mirrored paneling that expands the space visually. Concealed LED lighting and elegant copper night lamps contribute to the intimate atmosphere of the bedroom.

Master Bathroom

We visually divided the master bathroom into several parts. We used dark marble as the base of the built-in bathtub and to line the adjacent walls. The mirror paneling opens the space visually and gives elegance. The rest of the bathroom is bright and is a visual opposition to the corner with the bathtub.

Functional Layout

Sophistication and style embodied in a two-bedroom apartment, presented in a modern and contemporary way. A muted atmosphere created by dark tones – a flawless combination of colors and a composition of wood textures, marble and granite. The apartment has a spacious living and dining room, a kitchen with an island, a special hookah area, a bedroom with a wardrobe, a main bathroom and a bathroom with a sauna.

Living room, kitchen and dining room

Open living room with clearly defined areas. The main color range is gray-brown. We have placed an ethanol fireplace on the TV wall, which brings warmth, and the chic mirrors and modernist accents emphasize the sophisticated extravagance of the overall concept. For the floor we have combined dark granite and natural parquet.
The kitchen is fully selected in dark colors and has a kitchen island for convenience and functionality. An interesting detail here is the column, fully clad in a mirror, which gives a playful visual effect and skillfully integrates the structural element into the integrity of the room.
A peculiar accent in the whole room is the separate hookah area. Neatly separated, with raised steps and elegantly furnished, this is an ideal place for solitude and relaxation.

Master Bedroom with a Walk-in Closet

For the master bedroom we have selected a gray range, and to bring a slight accent to the color harmony we have chosen the burgundy color. Perfectly combined with the color palette for some of the walls we have chosen natural stone Bianco Carrara. To enhance the depth of the space, we have decorated with mirrors the entire part above the bedroom and individual parts of the room.
Keeping the style concept, we move to the dressing room, which is part of the master bedroom. For it we have chosen completely light tones in the beige range. Designed stylishly but also extremely functionally, this space contains everything needed to be turned into a personal boutique. As a mandatory element we have placed mirrors in the free wall spaces, as well as a stool as a central unifying element.

Master Bathroom

Personalized aesthetics in a contemporary style with clean shapes. Saturated colors and clean lines are a basic and interesting detail. To separate the shower cabin we have chosen granite with a dark color, which gives a slight austerity, and for the rest of the light granite, which balances and breaks the integrity. The accent in the room is the burgundy color, which continues the concept of the main bedroom.

Bathroom with sauna

In this bathroom we bet on a sense of luxury and extravagance. The main focus here is the sauna. The traditional material for decorating a sauna is natural wood, which is resistant to high temperatures and moisture and does not burn when touched. Undoubtedly, the combination of wood and stone is considered a classic and fits perfectly into the whole. The dimmed light gives a mysterious look, and the dark marble adds a solidity to the space. The glass partitions conditionally separate the sauna and the shower cabin, where the light marble emphasizes its broken shapes. A completely transformed oasis of tranquility with magnificent accents.

Following the concept from the living room, we move to the main bedroom, where the predominant dark colors have a calming effect and give a more intimate atmosphere.

The children’s bedroom stands out with a bright and fresh design – with harmonizing elements in pink and wood textures, which add the necessary warmth to the room.

Guest Bedroom

The guest bedroom carries the spirit of the other rooms in the apartment. A queen-size bed is the practical solution for utilizing the space while not taking up more than the required space.

Master Bathroom

The bathroom is designed in completely natural colors and stone textures with rich graphic detail. To continue this homogeneity, we used a similar vision in the other bathroom and toilet.
