Functional layout

The client’s task for this project was to create all the necessary amenities of a modern home, taking into account the area of the premises between 20 and 30 square meters. The idea is to rent the apartments, to be modern, cozy and luxurious, with a limited budget for them. The different types of apartments have a different style and atmosphere – this way we create something for everyone. The kitchens are small, but on the other hand they have integrated all the necessary appliances, convenient and practical to work with.
