Entrance hall

The entrance hall is spacious, with white walls and warm marble slabs. Gold details and antique friezes form a representative and at the same time cozy room. The lighting fixtures are the same throughout the house – the chandeliers provide the main lighting, while the sconces provide an opportunity for more coziness and intimate atmosphere.

Living room

This luxury modern house is divided into several segments. In the main of them is the main living area – living room, dining room and kitchen. The main tone in the house is white. This color is an expression of freshness and purity. Fragments of antiquity are present in the interior design, but modern sofas and comfortable armchairs are the modernist touch in the living room. The round arranged furniture makes the space spacious and enlarged. This is enhanced by the large amount of natural light that enters the courtyard through full glazing.

Kitchen and dining room

The natural herringbone parquet, positioned in the middle of the room, separates the dining room and emphasizes the comfort and stylish look. The warmth of the wood is combined with the beauty of the cold marble. The modern marble table and the interesting lighting fixtures above captivate our attention. The dining room overflows into a kitchen area and is visually separated by an elegant, multifunctional bar counter. Here you can both cook and serve food for the whole family. The kitchen is beautiful, designed in matte black MDF, warm marble and glass. The dark color contrasts with the whiteness of the room and differentiates the space even better.

Bedroom

The bedroom is significantly warmer than the living room. The warmth of the wood and the golden elements add style and improve the coziness. We chose lighting that can achieve a more intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Apartment in Primа Residence, Sofia

Functional Layout

Located in a newly built luxury building, this three-bedroom apartment has become the dream home for our clients. In the spacious living room we separated a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area, which at the same time combined by textures and balancing colors. For the master bedroom we chose soft, natural colors for more intimacy and calm. For the children’s bedrooms we took into account their favorite colors and hobbies and combined them into the overall design.

Living room, Kitchen and Dining room

We turned the main and largest space in the apartment into an open room, whose functional layout clearly outlines each area. The visible interaction between the light paneling and Emperor granite contrasts with the dark kitchen cabinets and the paneling that hides the wet room. Golden elements, combined with white marble, add the necessary note of luxury.

Master bedroom

For the master bedroom we use light colors, harmonizing with the natural textures of white marble and wood, used in the decorative wall behind the bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The mirror paneling, hiding the door to the bathroom, naturally continues in paneling in soft beige, complementing the color scheme in the bedroom.

Girl’s bedroom

The color range used in this bedroom is unique and desired by our little client. The mirror elements, in combination with the light color we have chosen for the cabinet furniture, give more space to the room, and the soft upholstery in deep yellow is the necessary contrast, which perfectly completes the overall look of the bedroom.

Boy’s bedroom

In this bedroom the standout color is blue – as a big football fan, our little client wanted the interior to include the color of his favorite team – Barcelona. We transformed the football theme in an extravagant way by designing a suspended ceiling in the shape of a soccer ball. The wood texture and the warm gray color balance the bright colors.

Bathroom

Bathroom follow the same style, built in other rooms. The white marble and light cabinets are balanced by the color accent of the mosaic.

Two-bedroom apartment with open space, featuring a genuine personality and beautiful innovative solutions. Delicate shades of gray tones and creamy blend within the home. In contrast, there are elements of white, mirror and metal accents, geometric shapes and non-traditional decors, enhancing the vision of the premises as an essential modern touch. Living room, Kitchen and Dining Room

Filled with innovative solutions, this living room embodies coziness and style with timeless beauty. Novelty ceiling plasterboard with geometric shapes and mirrors on it is the main focus on the ceiling, as a central element stands a designer table with dark gray glass and a chrome base.  The kitchen is practically merged with the living space and the dining room. A large kitchen island with a black granite top and designer chairs make a smooth transition to the dining room, where the furniture is designed in white beige and ensures stylish expression in the space.

Master Bedroom with Walk-in Closet

The bedroom is tinted in soft and soft colors – gray and beige flow into the space. The area is maximally utilized through interesting and unconventional positioning of the furniture. Glossy surfaces, an elegant dressing table with an elegant white stool and boutique details complete the classy look of the room. Following the same style concept, we move to the dressing room, which is part of this area. Modern, but also very practical, it contains everything you need to facilitate and store personal belongings.

Mater Bathroom

Following the theme of the overall design, the bathroom is stylishly and glamorously furnished. The specially built-in cabinets with sinks, a large clean mirror, creating depth and visual effect, are centrally separated, and on both sides of it are neatly hidden the shower space and the intimate area. The combination of glass, dark gray mosaic, mirrored surfaces and designer lighting fixtures are highly influential and recreate a feeling of luxury and comfort in this chic apartment.

Functional layout

The assignment from the clients for this clothing store is to gain the feeling of a boutique showroom in the design of their stores to achieve a sense of a luxury clothing brand without investing a lot of money in the interior. We must achieve a clean and modern look, which through its design visually expands the space, but at the same time with an elegant way to fit and present all items that the brand offers.

Dividing the space

Symmetrically dividing the space and shifting all exhibition standers and shelves to the two long walls we absorb a relatively large space in the center of the store without having to reduce the exhibition area. The store has a warehouse, two fully functional and comfortable changing rooms, reception / cash desk, two exhibition walls with stands of approximately eight meters each with integrated in them shelves for shoes, bags and accessories with the same length. The space in the center is suitable for freestanding models and allows the addition of an extra stand.

Exposition construction

The clothing stands are fully fixed to the wall with concealed steel structure without sides as if they are suspended in the air. The construction is hidden in a “case” of gypsum board in the upper it is lower part and solved with matt glass and hidden illumination in it. Thereby the clothes at the bottom are backlit from the top emphasizing them with light, while the accessories above are illuminated from below, giving them an interesting glow that makes each item stand out. Mirrors along the shelves give a depth of space, while contributing to the perception of its products. At the top above the shelf, the structure logically repeats continuing to the ceiling to create the impression as if the shelves and studs are cuts in the wall.

Cash register and trial

The shop is fully opened at the front, so the decision that all of the stressful details are pushed to the walls is the best for the site. At the end of the premises is the reception, which is imitating a mirror cube, made of panels with mirror effect. The wall behind it is completely clean, hosting only the logo of the brand in combination with the distribution of the space and its clean design the logo becomes the focus of the store and instantly grabs the attention of its visitors. Behind the wall at a slight angle, are located the two dressing rooms, enclosed with curtains hanging from the ceiling to the ground. The door to the storage is made of plasterboard with color as the one from the wall so it becomes completely invisible to the customers. Opposite one another there are two mirrored walls made from crystal glass, which introduced additional depth in the design.

Functional Layout

Two-bedroom apartment in which we focused on creating a calm and elegant environment filled with bright and functional spaces. We created a spacious living and dining room, with a kitchen and an island, combining several types of surfaces. The apartment has two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom, an entrance hall, where we have built a built-in wardrobes with interior lighting for more convenience and practicality.

Kitchen and Dining room

By transforming the living room with the dining room and the kitchen as a whole room, a feeling of more spaciousness is created, which enhances the impressiveness and elegance of the overall project. Presented in a modern way, with great attention to detail and a carefully selected composition from a palette of colors.
The main highlights in the living room are the TV cabinet, the effect of which is enhanced by a gray tinted mirror, as well as the TV itself above it, which has a 360 ° rotating mechanism for more comfort in the whole room.

Kitchen

Following the line of design, behind the TV we lined the wall with paneling with Bianco Carrara stone and MDF alternating panels, which gives a delicate sophistication. For the floor is used natural stone light marble, which with interesting details intertwines with that of the kitchen – Emperador Dark, thus giving a slight visual contrast to the atmosphere. An interesting accent here are the island and the countertop, which are lined with  ceramic tiles, withstanding temperatures up to 1500 ° – absolutely suitable and practical for any kitchen.

Master Bedroom

Following the basic style, the bedroom retains the charisma of elegance and luxury of the overall design. Features a double bed upholstered in smoky pink, contrasting with the lighter tones of the walls, gently enriched with decorative friezes. We have two wardrobes on both sides and a MDF cabinet with a built-in TV, the depth of which allows the space to be as practical as possible without creating discomfort when passing between the bed and the cabinet furniture. An interesting detail here is the dressing table, which gives an elegant finish to the interior. The floor is made of three-layer oak parquet, which contrasts perfectly with the overall play of colors.

Guest Bedroom

Clean in terms of colors, this bedroom embodies the balance between elegance and comfort. Mirror elements in combination with natural light create a visual extension, which enhances its calm nature, making it more welcoming and spacious.

Bathroom

An individual style of luxury that fits perfectly into the whole. The shower space, where we used the Emperador Dark, is completely visually separated, and the main detail is the delicately built cabinet, contrasting with the dark color. For the rest we have chosen Bianco Carrara, which reinforces the modernist touch in the overall look.

House in Sofia

Functional Layout

An Interior design project for a house of about 350m . The house is located in Sofia, Bulgaria and consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, pantry, 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, closet, gym and a sauna. The assignment form the client was to create a modern and sleek design that combines comfort and functionality.

Еntrance hall

We start with the hall, where we reach a ceiling height of about 6m. The staircase is lined with stone, the same as on the floor, we decided to make full glass railings to emphasize the beauty of stairs and the small garden under it. We used faceted mirror with different heights in the space under the stairs, it breaks up the image of the space and offers a depth of field. We decided to make the ceilings clean with built in lights and slotted with concealed lighting under all corners.

Living room and Dining room

In the living room we continue with the use of stone floors, ceiling here again are clear slotted with concealed lighting, but this time we scored the luminaires in slots and we use a darker color for emphasis. We divided the room into three areas – sitting at the fireplace, a corner with sofas at the TV area and the dining area. We used curtains with cornices in the splines between the walls and the ceiling, so that the cornice remains hidden and the hidden light in the ceiling gives a unique glow to the curtains. An accent of the room is the fireplace structure, which is openable in the lower part, and continues along the entire height of the wall, lined by alternating panels of matte and lacquer finish and stone. Another focus is the wall of the closet covered with tiled paneling of matte and lacquer varnish, which in the area of the dining room turns into a cabinet formed by opened and closed drawers, and a wine showcase. The dining room is again in the same color scheme as the living room with three lights over the table which accentuates with color and shape.

Kitchen

In the kitchen again retaining the same color scheme as the rest of the house, again using lacquered furniture and mat boards. In the refrigerator section where we have a niche, we use ceiling-high cabinets which end up equally to the wall to round out the room.

Master bedroom

In the master bedroom the highlights are the ethanol fireplace continuing in the upper part as a cabinet, we have slots in the ceiling which keep the cornices hidden while the curtains are illuminated by the hidden light fixtures, accented with a darker paint is the wall behind the headboard of the bed.

Fitness and sauna

On the third floor at the gym, we kept a part of the style of the whole house and developed the space as comfortable and functional home gym, adding all the necessary appliances as well as a Jacuzzi, sauna and a separate bathroom.
