Functional Layout
Although this apartment is only 65 square meters and has an irregular shape, we managed to satisfy the wishes of our customers. We provided a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with an island and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet next to it.

Living room, Kitchen, Dining room
To optimize the space we have visually and functionally separated a kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining room and a living room. The main accent in the room is a section in pearl beige, in which we placed a bioethanol fireplace. To achieve more comfort and warmth, we opted for natural parquet and finished the line of the living area with paneling with a hidden door to the main bedroom.
To contrast the kitchen we chose dark colors that do not impose its presence. Through the mirror surfaces of dark granite on the floor, kitchen peninsula and countertop, along with glossy kitchen cabinets, the room visually expands. The line of the kitchen area is completed by a suspended ceiling in a dark color.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom follows the same style of the living room – minimalist, clean and elegant. The double bed with light upholstery contrasts with the darker walls in graphite and soft gray. Behind the bedroom is a wardrobe in pearl beige. The hidden LED lighting in the wardrobe itself, the glazed doors, as well as the mirror elements, help to feel more space and light.
Bathroom
For the bathroom we opted for a style that brings luxury and intimacy. We used Emperor Dark granite to visually separate the shower space from the rest. Wooden granite enhances the warmth and emphasizes the overall look of the bathroom.
Guest bedroom
The leading element in the guest bedroom is the fully upholstered headboard above the double bed, which visually lengthens the space. In combination with the mirror elements, as well as the wardrobe in pearl beige, we managed to make the room more spacious and bright. For a more intimate atmosphere we added hanging lamps and sconces.
