Reception

The design is inspired by French classicism, which gives sophistication and a sense of timeless elegance. However, the interior also incorporates contemporary elements – clean lines, modern lighting solutions and high-quality materials, which provide lightness and relevance to the vision. This combination of classic aesthetics and modern interpretation creates a unique atmosphere that is both stylish and functional. The result is an interior that inspires trust and tranquility, but also brings a sense of prestige and class. The clinic is not just a place for procedures – it becomes a space where clients can feel special and cared for, and the design itself contributes to the feeling of aesthetics and harmony.

Hallway

The walls are enriched with decorative friezes, which bring a sense of classical depth and emphasize the sophisticated atmosphere. Some of the doors are wallpaper doors, which allows the friezes to continue continuously on the walls. Others are built into the paneling, thanks to which a clean and continuous line is achieved, bringing a sense of harmony and order. This combination of classical details and contemporary interpretation turns the corridor not just into a functional connecting space, but into part of the overall aesthetic experience that the clinic offers.

Office

The office is designed as a sophisticated space that combines functionality with classic elegance. The interior creates a sense of professionalism and trust from the first glance. Visually, the room is enriched with subtle decorative elements and friezes on the walls, which bring sophistication and character without burdening the atmosphere.

Each office is designed to provide optimal working conditions for specialists and maximum comfort for clients. The color palette and details are selected with attention to the psychological impact – soft tones create tranquility, and accent elements emphasize the individuality of each room.

The beauty salon is designed as a functional and cozy space, where every detail is carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort for both the specialist and the client. The work area is organized so that all tools and appliances are at hand, without disturbing the visual harmony of the interior.

The pedicure area is designed with a comfortable armchair and specialized equipment, creating a relaxing atmosphere, complemented by delicate lighting accents.

Facade and Signboard

The large sign on the clinic’s facade is designed as a key element of its visual presence and recognition. In addition, a modern video wall is integrated, on which advertisements and representative videos about the clinic are projected. It not only attracts the attention of passers-by, but also reinforces the feeling of innovation, dynamism and high level of the services offered.

Functional Layout

The main idea for ​​this project was to create a light, elegant and airy atmosphere, dominated by the sea view and the ever-changing colors of the surrounding nature. In it, we broke the spatial boundaries and adopted minimalist functionalism, while emphasizing the sensory experiences of people in the space. In terms of layout, the home functions are distributed over three levels, as follows: ground floor, where there is a gym, sauna, elevator with utility room, office, two bathrooms and a bedroom; on the second level, in an open plan, there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom. On the third floor, there are separate rooms with bedrooms, bathrooms, a dressing room and terraces to the bedrooms.

Living Room

The second floor features a living room, kitchen and dining area in a single open space. We have created a practical and functional interior design that reflects contemporary luxury and creates a cozy atmosphere. Every corner offers an open view to the outside, providing a 180-degree view that blurs the line between interior and exterior. The matte white furniture, along with black, creamy beige and cappuccino marble tones, create an atmosphere that aims to be relaxing and inspiring at the same time.

Kitchen

The large white kitchen impresses with its light and spaciousness. The central island is the accent of the interior – both functional and social, it offers a comfortable work surface and a place for gatherings. The seating areas add dynamism and lightness, turning the island into a natural place for breakfast, a quick coffee or conversations with loved ones. The clean white color emphasizes the feeling of freshness and modernity, and the generous space allows for comfort and freedom of movement.

Dining Room

A black and white medium-sized dining table with comfortable armchairs for seating eight people acts as a central element. The prominent colors highlight certain elements in the home, which are arranged in a composition of contemporary tastes. Perfectly combined with each other, they create an extremely chic and sophisticated feel. Conceived in a way that is easy on the eyes, the entire layout has a vibrant and free taste.

The third floor welcomes you with an elegant entrance hall in a minimalist style and delicate design. This contemporary aesthetic perfectly shows how stylish and functional such a space can be, with selected colors and harmony of shapes that follow the functions. The highlight here is the turquoise armchair, which matches the energy of the tabletop. The wall lamp and the oval mirror give a different touch, adding a touch of shine.

The bedrooms in the home are conceptualized with modern elements in unique, complementary color palettes. The master bedroom is recreated in such a stylish setting with an ideal interior layout. With beautifully textured stone for the wall, black details that add a touch of drama, and the soft glow of diffused light coming from under the mirror, this bathroom exudes a visually impactful luxurious feel. A glass window offers a view of the magnificent landscape beyond, adding a dose of tranquility and delight.

While the common areas speak of a mature and sophisticated sensibility, the nursery is characterized by playful imagination and contrasting hues. The room experiments with its own predominant theme, imbued with elements of space and stars, representing the boy’s inquisitive and exploratory personality.

A wellness retreat has been designed on the first floor, combining a premium collection of designer home fitness equipment, a sauna, a swimming pool and a relaxation area. The main space is functionally divided into a sports area and a relaxation area. Visually separated by frosted glass is the relaxation area, where an elegant velvet sofa in turquoise blue is located. The natural stone flooring in rare and prestigious marble creates a unified individual spirit. The interior with a strikingly simple design creates a unique and luxurious place for personal and leisure time, combining both aesthetics and functionality.

Sauna

The sauna is located in the entrance hall itself, transforming the space into a relaxation area right from the doorstep. The glass part opens up a captivating view of the sea, which brings a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility. The wooden cladding envelops the room with warmth and natural coziness, and the clean lines emphasize the modern sound of the interior. The contrast between the intimate atmosphere of the sauna and the endless horizon outside creates a unique experience – a place where the body relaxes and the gaze is immersed in the blue.

The guest bathroom is designed in a minimalist vision, where light and natural materials dominate. Each room in the apartment has a unique creative approach and bright individuality, and the expressiveness of the interior is added by the game of contrasts.

French windows, revealing a wonderful panoramic view, but at the same time ensuring an inviolable privacy. An interesting detail is the separate wardrobe room, which predisposes to a greater sense of calm and mental comfort in the intimacy area.

Luxuriously furnished and spacious, this bathroom is entirely in natural colors, with a clean look and design. Interesting and impressive is the dedicated shower area, fully lined with a light-colored mosaic that perfectly harmonizes with the white marble in the rest of the room. For more convenience and comfort, a bench has been built, which emphasizes the modern look in the bathroom. A glass partition completes this area and flows into the neatly separated dressing table. A refined atmosphere, where every detail gives a special charm to the setting.

A perfectly constructed impressive three-storey house. The staircase features a fresh interior and multiple accents that emphasize the spaces and reinforce the elegance of the vision. The sconces located along the entire height of the staircase as well as the gray mirror details contribute to the spectacular look.

Garage

For the garage of this house, we opted for dark colors on the ceiling, strong and functional lighting, and a wall with rasterized gray mirrors for depth.

Functional layout

This impressive one-story villa with a custom design, which gives the feeling of harmony and tranquility, envelops in greenery and surrounded by forest aesthetics. The main idea of ​​the project is to bring people closer to nature. This was achieved through the use of natural colors and natural materials. The exterior is a beautiful combination of stone and glass, with a spacious courtyard, and the interior is largely made of stone and wood, including the ceiling. The open floor plan on the main level of the villa includes a kitchen, dining room and relaxation area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is modern, spacious and extremely elegant. The choice of black creates a slightly extravagant atmosphere, highlighted by a beautiful stone wall for the background. At its base is a kitchen island with a bar, where metal and chrome accents, in combination with dark cabinets in walnut tones, break up the monotonous look by adding a touch of glamor and luxury. Equipped with everything you need, it also has a specially designated warehouse for storage and convenience for the hosts.

Dining room

The dining room of the villa is a real delight. The table is large, designed for 10 people, comfortable armchairs with soft upholstery and a ceiling copper chandelier. A separate bar is positioned on the side, behind which is a wine cellar, bringing a touch of class to the overall design. A wall lined with light stone and with a built-in fireplace was built as an accent of the space. Large panoramic windows provide enough natural light and a beautiful view of nature. Although the interior is modern-looking, wood makes up the majority of the décor, emphasizing the aristocratic spirit and giving a sense of exclusive and secluded atmosphere.

Relax zone

The clean and calm design of the relaxation area gives a comfortable feeling. The décor, although simple, brings character with original shapes – a towering head of a deer and spectacular drawers located on the wall bookcases. The dark walls blend harmoniously with the color shades of the upholstered furniture, creating a balanced and purposeful scheme. The balance between contemporary elements and more classic touches contributes to the cozy and homely feel. This space is perfect for relaxing and interacting.

Terrace

The terrace furniture is a blend of classic elegance and contemporary fresh design. A fireplace has been built, creating such a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, next to which there is a table with 10 seats. In the rest, a stylish and comfortable seating area of ​​two modern chairs is placed around a low wooden table with a marble effect. The way these elements interact with each other and with the landscape is what makes this space so charming and beautiful.

Garden

The design of the courtyard is adapted to the sloping terrain, including a seating area, a stone path, a meadow, as well as an extremely rich vegetation. A yard with timeless appeal and gorgeous landscaping that gives it such an open and boundless feel.
