Functional Layout

The main idea for ​​this project was to create a light, elegant and airy atmosphere, dominated by the sea view and the ever-changing colors of the surrounding nature. In it, we broke the spatial boundaries and adopted minimalist functionalism, while emphasizing the sensory experiences of people in the space. In terms of layout, the home functions are distributed over three levels, as follows: ground floor, where there is a gym, sauna, elevator with utility room, office, two bathrooms and a bedroom; on the second level, in an open plan, there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom. On the third floor, there are separate rooms with bedrooms, bathrooms, a dressing room and terraces to the bedrooms.

The second floor features a living room, kitchen and dining area in a single open space. We have created a practical and functional interior design that reflects contemporary luxury and creates a cozy atmosphere. Every corner offers an open view to the outside, providing a 180-degree view that blurs the line between interior and exterior. The matte white furniture, along with black, creamy beige and cappuccino marble tones, create an atmosphere that aims to be relaxing and inspiring at the same time.

Kitchen

The large white kitchen impresses with its light and spaciousness. The central island is the accent of the interior – both functional and social, it offers a comfortable work surface and a place for gatherings. The seating areas add dynamism and lightness, turning the island into a natural place for breakfast, a quick coffee or conversations with loved ones. The clean white color emphasizes the feeling of freshness and modernity, and the generous space allows for comfort and freedom of movement.

Dining Room

A black and white medium-sized dining table with comfortable armchairs for seating eight people acts as a central element. The prominent colors highlight certain elements in the home, which are arranged in a composition of contemporary tastes. Perfectly combined with each other, they create an extremely chic and sophisticated feel. Conceived in a way that is easy on the eyes, the entire layout has a vibrant and free taste.

The living room features a small cozy area with a sofa and TV, which complements the main space without overwhelming it. The highlight here is the turquoise armchair, which matches the energy of the tabletop. The wall lamp and the oval mirror give a different touch, adding a touch of shine.

The bedrooms in the home are conceptualized with modern elements in unique, complementary color palettes. The master bedroom is recreated in such a stylish setting with an ideal interior layout. The bed here is a central element, and everything else is located around it and positioned in accordance with it. The main space is functionally divided into a sports area and a relaxation area. Visually separated by frosted glass is the relaxation area, where an elegant velvet sofa in turquoise blue is located. The natural stone flooring in rare and prestigious marble creates a unified individual spirit. The interior with a strikingly simple design creates a unique and luxurious place for personal and leisure time, combining both aesthetics and functionality.

Sauna

The sauna is located in the entrance hall itself, transforming the space into a relaxation area right from the doorstep. The glass part opens up a captivating view of the sea, which brings a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility. The wooden cladding envelops the room with warmth and natural coziness, and the clean lines emphasize the modern sound of the interior. The contrast between the intimate atmosphere of the sauna and the endless horizon outside creates a unique experience – a place where the body relaxes and the gaze is immersed in the blue.

The living spaces on the ground floor were united in one open space, designed in a unified stylistic way, but also with a close interconnection. The rooms are hyperfictional, each of which is distinct from the other, but in continuous dialogue. The layout allows for easy circulation and achieves balance through an expert choice of colors, finishes and textures. Echoes of materials and tones extend throughout the space, unifying all the diverse spatial elements. In its carefully experimented aesthetics, the house represents the cosmopolitan outlook on life of the client for whom it was designed. It is a completed project where technologies create harmony between functionality and beauty.

An enticing presence is given by the interconnected shelves with delicate lighting, built on a marble wall, strategically maintaining the airy appeal of the living room. To the right is the relaxation area, where thin polished brass chairs with slate gray cushions decorate and complement the cozy atmosphere of the entire corner.

A mix of luxury and a stylish play of colors formulates an elegantly strange ensemble in the kitchen area, where sophistication is infused in every detail. The modern design of the kitchen is directly related to new technologies, and behind the laconic facades hide new storage systems and modern kitchen appliances. Gray marble with fine lines was used for the floor, which defines the boundaries of each of the zones. The balanced combination of marble and wood creates this artful play of heights and proportions before the eye. Near the panoramic sliding window, revealing the view of the courtyard, there is a dining area for six people. Its center is defined by a beautiful chandelier, which provides an additional artistic layer to the space. A warm and enchanting glow illuminates the interior, keeping the captivating architecture in the spotlight.

The design of the study complements the luxurious image of the home. The interior decoration is further highlighted with gold fittings, marble and a glamorous pendant light, resulting in a comfortable elegant space, harmoniously combined with the modern design of the home. Behind it is a separate space for personal preparation – a wardrobe and dressing table, where furniture and fixed cabinets are designed and made in-house to achieve the aesthetics intended for the space.

The master bathroom design exudes a delightful sense of elegance and beauty, reflecting a premium vibe. Here, the cool tones of the gray and white marble contrast beautifully with the warm tones of the floating wood vanity. The herringbone pattern used in the shower area and the two sinks enhances the layering of the décor, giving it a unique spatial charm. The natural and warm wood can absorb you with sensuality and warmth, adding a more expressive embossed look. Entrance hall

The entrance hall is a key space in any house. This is the place that makes the most important first impression on each guest, and the first thing you see when you return home. As a clear focal point, we have placed a beautiful upholstered stool and a black cabinet, which bring with them an aspect of functionality as well as aesthetic appeal. Black wardrobe with gold details, and white and gold granite with marble effect perfectly combined with the turquoise blue on the wall. The vision is complete with a designer mirror with geometric shapes and a beautiful work of art.

Living room, Kitchen, Dining room

We approached the design of the living room with a sense of ingenuity and style. The interior scheme is designed in shades of gray, combined with accents in the accessories and arrangement. We designed all furniture and upholstered furniture in order to emphasize the feeling of luxury that radiates through the whole space. A massive sofa with velvet upholstery, decorated with satin pillows, a designer coffee table and comfortable armchairs form the basis of the room. Thick curtains in blue extend along the entire length of the large windows, which reveal the picturesque view of the city. The interior is elegant and refined, with a friendly aura.
The kitchen and dining room naturally merge into the living room. A massive dining table in white, with eight blue upholstered chairs around it encapsulate the harmony and balance in this part of the space. Golden hanging lamps and abstract works of art invigorate the senses, creating a pleasant aesthetic and creative radiance.
Black and white kitchens are a trend that never goes out of style due to their eternal beauty. In this project we focused on simplicity, functionality and elegant lines. The effect of white marble creates a mirror shine that gives freshness and clarity, perfectly balanced with black cabinets and stainless steel. In the central place is positioned a multifunctional countertop with a modern design that emphasizes a modern atmosphere.

Master bedroom

With exceptional shades, textures and shapes, this bedroom design not only sells the character of your personal space, but also reflects emotion through a distinctive style. Bold color solutions such as red and gold bring a slight extravagance and a sense of royalty perfectly suited for a classic luxury bedroom. The bedroom is decorated with elements and details in gold, which provide a fine glow and emphasize the specific characteristics of the room.

Guest bedroom

For the guest bedroom we chose a color palette of gray and cream, black accents on the furniture and a distinctive wall of turquoise blue. The furniture is delicate and stripped – a bed dressed in soft upholstery, simple bedside tables with lamps on both sides, glossy wardrobe and desk. Both paintings and a round bronze mirror centered on the wall above the bed add accent to this simple elegance. A combination of classic and modern style, creating a cozy home feeling.

Master bathroom

The luxurious and refined feeling of the overall design extends to the main bathroom. White surfaces with a marble effect are stylishly compared with the blue mosaic, emphasizing the endless elegance of the eternal white bathroom. The shower cabin is spacious and large, separated by a glass door. In the closet we find double sinks with two separate mirrors, whose symmetry looks great.

Fresh and modern interior of an apartment located on 171 sq.m. on the top floor of a luxury building, impressive with non-standard layout and interesting solutions. This home has a living room, kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. Stylistically, the interior is designed in an unconventional and varied color, and an extravagant feature is entering it directly from the elevator.

Living room

Entering the apartment directly from the elevator, in front of us unfolds a spacious living room, inviting and full of light, combining kitchen and dining room. Upholstered furniture in gray color, beautiful oak parquet and large windows with heavy enchanting curtains are a great addition to home comfort. The main element is undoubtedly the beautiful fireplace, with a built-in TV above it, which are part of the charm of the living room, and the presence of dim lighting in the rooms perfectly accentuates the elegant and stylish interior.

Dining room

Zoning is an advantage of this stylish apartment. A remarkable part of the whole interior is the dining room, which is practically located between the kitchen and the living room. And here are two main details of the home – the definite black and wood. What is special here is the floor, wall and ceiling cladding – made of natural wood, which skillfully emphasizes the unusual nuance in the design. A table with a marble top, comfortable chairs in a purple accent and a playful chandelier are the elements of this concept.

Kitchen

The kitchen is attractive and modern, combining a combination of elegant shapes and modern vision. The production of the furniture is distinguished by a composition of wood, stone and smooth surfaces. Clean line of white polished natural stone top, mirrored glossy back, innovative elements and recessed lighting. The island is made of natural stone and combines both a work area and a dining area. And here the main element is the natural light, which enhances the spectacular vision of this unique contemporary design.
