Functional Layout

Although this apartment is only 65 square meters and has an irregular shape, we managed to satisfy the wishes of our customers. We provided a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with an island and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet next to it.

Living room, Kitchen, Dining room

To optimize the space we have visually and functionally separated a kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining room and a living room. The main accent in the room is a section in pearl beige, in which we placed a bioethanol fireplace. To achieve more comfort and warmth, we opted for natural parquet and finished the line of the living area with paneling with a hidden door to the main bedroom.
To contrast the kitchen we chose dark colors that do not impose its presence. Through the mirror surfaces of dark granite on the floor, kitchen peninsula and countertop, along with glossy kitchen cabinets, the room visually expands. The line of the kitchen area is completed by a suspended ceiling in a dark color.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom follows the same style of the living room – minimalist, clean and elegant. The double bed with light upholstery contrasts with the darker walls in graphite and soft gray. Behind the bedroom is a wardrobe in pearl beige. The hidden LED lighting in the wardrobe itself, the glazed doors, as well as the mirror elements, help to feel more space and light.

Bathroom

For the bathroom we opted for a style that brings luxury and intimacy. We used Emperor Dark granite to visually separate the shower space from the rest. Wooden granite enhances the warmth and emphasizes the overall look of the bathroom.

Guest bedroom

The leading element in the guest bedroom is the fully upholstered headboard above the double bed, which visually lengthens the space. In combination with the mirror elements, as well as the wardrobe in pearl beige, we managed to make the room more spacious and bright. For a more intimate atmosphere we added hanging lamps and sconces.

Entrance hall

The entrance hall is a key space in any house. This is the place that makes the most important first impression on each guest, and the first thing you see when you return home. As a clear focal point, we have placed a beautiful upholstered stool and a black cabinet, which bring with them an aspect of functionality as well as aesthetic appeal. Black wardrobe with gold details, and white and gold granite with marble effect perfectly combined with the turquoise blue on the wall. The vision is complete with a designer mirror with geometric shapes and a beautiful work of art.

Living room, Kitchen, Dining room

We approached the design of the living room with a sense of ingenuity and style. The interior scheme is designed in shades of gray, combined with accents in the accessories and arrangement. We designed all furniture and upholstered furniture in order to emphasize the feeling of luxury that radiates through the whole space. A massive sofa with velvet upholstery, decorated with satin pillows, a designer coffee table and comfortable armchairs form the basis of the room. Thick curtains in blue extend along the entire length of the large windows, which reveal the picturesque view of the city. The interior is elegant and refined, with a friendly aura.
The kitchen and dining room naturally merge into the living room. A massive dining table in white, with eight blue upholstered chairs around it encapsulate the harmony and balance in this part of the space. Golden hanging lamps and abstract works of art invigorate the senses, creating a pleasant aesthetic and creative radiance.
Black and white kitchens are a trend that never goes out of style due to their eternal beauty. In this project we focused on simplicity, functionality and elegant lines. The effect of white marble creates a mirror shine that gives freshness and clarity, perfectly balanced with black cabinets and stainless steel. In the central place is positioned a multifunctional countertop with a modern design that emphasizes a modern atmosphere.

Master bedroom

With exceptional shades, textures and shapes, this bedroom design not only sells the character of your personal space, but also reflects emotion through a distinctive style. Bold color solutions such as red and gold bring a slight extravagance and a sense of royalty perfectly suited for a classic luxury bedroom. The bedroom is decorated with elements and details in gold, which provide a fine glow and emphasize the specific characteristics of the room.

Guest bedroom

For the guest bedroom we chose a color palette of gray and cream, black accents on the furniture and a distinctive wall of turquoise blue. The furniture is delicate and stripped – a bed dressed in soft upholstery, simple bedside tables with lamps on both sides, glossy wardrobe and desk. Both paintings and a round bronze mirror centered on the wall above the bed add accent to this simple elegance. A combination of classic and modern style, creating a cozy home feeling.

Master bathroom

The luxurious and refined feeling of the overall design extends to the main bathroom. White surfaces with a marble effect are stylishly compared with the blue mosaic, emphasizing the endless elegance of the eternal white bathroom. The shower cabin is spacious and large, separated by a glass door. In the closet we find double sinks with two separate mirrors, whose symmetry looks great.

The living room is with open layout and offers a real variety of colors, shapes and materials. there is an impressive ethanol fireplace, decorated with mirrors, LED lighting on the side wall and fresh flowers. For upholstered furniture and carpet we have chosen light gray tones, and we have decorated the walls with artistic paintings.
The kitchen is small and traditional. Practically equipped and designed in light wood, perfectly balanced with a black top and graphite cabinets. The main focus here is the wood – we find it both in the dining table and chairs, and in the floor, which covers the entire living room. An amazing mix of elements that give style and modern look to the whole room.

Master bedroom

The bedroom is colorful, in a non-standard color scheme. Graphite walls, overlaid with light beige and black accents on the furniture. Spectacular lighting fixtures, brown upholstery, soft carpet and natural wood on the floor add warmth and coziness.

Kid’s bedroom

We find real euphoria of colors and mood in the children’s room. Variety in it brings a mix of furniture – a blue upholstered bed, touched by the charm of a large Mickey Mouse in the form of lighting, green comfortable armchairs, a white desk and perfectly contrasting black shelves. Gentle curtains and natural parquet give a finish, creating a great harmony and comfort.

Bathroom

The bathroom was created with great taste and emphasized identity. By importing a dose of luxury, a good contrast is achieved between dark wood and granite with a marble effect. The design lines are straight and clean, and the lighting is balanced.

Living room and Dining room

The living room is divided into three parts – kitchen, dining room and living room. An interesting aspect in the room is the paneling, hiding the doors of the closet and the toilet, making them absolutely discreet and invisible. In the part with the fireplace, it becomes a convenient and fully functional cabinet for storing books, objects, etc. things we are used to seeing on display in many homes. The mechanisms that are used for the individual sections in the cabinet itself allow its optimal use, both for various objects and for the wood that will be used for the fireplace, ready for use and completely hidden inside. The fireplace chamber is partially hidden, which makes it unobtrusive and at the same time extremely stylish. On both sides of it are symmetrically located exhibition niches, illuminated from above. At the back of the paneling, in the part with the corridor, it is designed as a hidden wardrobe with open elements for everyday coats and bags.

Kitchen

The kitchen is built-in. The refrigerator is hidden and completely invisible to the eye. The kitchen island, although free-standing, appears as its continuation, enlarging its working surface many times, also used as a bar for snacks, drinks and more. Another interesting aspect of the room is the ceiling. It does not reach the walls with windows and thus hides the edge of the curtains, while the hidden light from its edges scatters interesting light on the curtains, giving them radiance and coziness. Above the living room and the dining room, the ceiling is raised and in its upper part it is covered with parquet, like the one from the floor. In the corridor the ceiling does not reach any wall, its hidden lighting gives an interesting atmosphere.

Master bedroom

In the bedroom the ceiling has hidden lighting, which continues over the windows, hiding the edges and giving radiance to the curtains. This continues over the bedroom, illuminating the accent wall behind the bed. The paneling with the same color as in the living room is present here to delicately hide the two wardrobes, as well as the door to the bathroom, giving a sophisticated and functional look to the bedroom.

Office

The home office is solved with a built-in library and an integrated desk in it. Due to the small size of the room, the end shelves are made at an angle to lighten the atmosphere. The idea here is to use the office as a living room, so the sofa stretches out and turns into a comfortable bed.

Kid’s bedroom

At the request of the youngest member of the family, the children’s room is equipped with a bunk bed, under which there is enough space for games, there are enough cabinets, wardrobe and video games area. The bed has a structure attached to the floor, ceiling and wall. At the bottom is a cupboard for books, games, etc., and at the top is designed as an almost separate room with cabinets, open and illuminated shelves, even a table with a chest. At the rear, the bed structure appears as a decorative wall, distinguishing the door from the rest of the room. On the opposite wall there is a construction integrating a large and fully functional wardrobe, additional cabinets, shelves and a TV corner with video games. The furniture here repeats the raster of the paneling in the other rooms, but this time the wood has been replaced with multicolored MDF panels with a lacquered effect, their arrangement resembles a game of “Tetris”. An important aspect of the project is the chosen design to participate in each room, giving a unified, finished look to the apartment.
