The spacious room is filled with light thanks to the large windows with airy curtains, which create a feeling of lightness and comfort. The centerpiece is a corner sofa in a light tone, complemented by designer coffee tables and accents in dark shades. The interior is completed with modern lighting fixtures, a mirrored decorative accent and clean lines that give a feeling of contemporary luxury.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen impresses with its clean design and high-quality materials – natural veneer in a dark wood tone, combined with elegant black granite and tinted glass. Clean lines and built-in appliances create a sense of order and modern functionality. Accent lighting emphasizes the texture of the materials and gives additional depth to the space. The elegant master bedroom impresses with a centrally located bed, supported by columns-shelves made of natural veneer, which integrate an architectural column into the design. A dressing table has been added between them, turning the element behind the bed into a multifunctional and stylish area. The room has two large wardrobes and a third with glass doors, adding lightness and a visual accent. The flooring from warm natural parquet passes to granite tiles, connecting the bedroom with the hallway and creating harmony throughout the home.

Master Bathroom

The spacious master bathroom combines elegant design with a sense of comfort and relaxation. Natural stone adds warmth and character, while the two sinks provide convenience and privacy. The separate shower area with two showers offers a comfortable and shared experience, transforming the bathroom into a true place for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The centerpiece is an impressive dark blue Italian sofa, which adds depth and accent to the interior. The floor is covered with chevron parquet, which brings a sense of dynamism and stylish order. Every detail has been carefully selected to create an atmosphere of sophistication, comfort and timeless aesthetics.

The kitchen is designed in an elegant classic style with modern accents. The white cabinets have friezes on the doors, which gives a sophisticated look and a sense of detail. The contrast between the black granite countertop and the white marble backsplash creates a balanced and luxurious composition. The upper row of cabinets is designed with mirror surfaces that visually expand the space and reflect the light. The discreet backlighting on the countertop and ceiling enhances the feeling of depth and brings additional elegance to the interior.

Entrance Hall and Corridor

The hallway is long and elegantly elongated through carefully selected design solutions. The large wardrobe is decorated with mirrors at the top and bottom, which brings lightness and visually expands the space. At the bottom, a mirror panel is placed, which enhances the effect of depth and light, creating a feeling of an even more spacious and sophisticated room. This hallway is not just a transitional area, but a carefully thought-out element of the overall interior.

The guest toilet is designed as a spectacular and memorable space. The accent wall in rich blue latex adds depth and character, creating a strong contrast with the clean lines of the rest of the interior. The main focus is the sink – it visually “breaks away” from the wall, becoming a sculptural element. The faucet, descending directly from the ceiling, adds a surprising and modern accent that emphasizes the uniqueness of this small but impressive room.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is designed in dark earth tones that create an atmosphere of calm, intimacy and luxury. The wall behind the bed is filled with a mirrored surface, which adds depth and a slightly dramatic appearance. The bed itself is located in a niche formed by two stone columns – an architectural detail that gives uniqueness and a sense of monumentality. The ceiling is designed in two niches, the lower one being used to hide the beams and at the same time reinforcing the architectural composition, making the space perfectly balanced between aesthetics and functionality.

The bathroom is a true jewel in the interior – a combination of luxury, modern technology and an artistic approach. The floor-to-ceiling mirror with hidden LED lighting adds depth and radiance to the space. The freestanding red glass sinks are particularly impressive – elegant and bold, with their own LED lighting at the base, which makes them glow like sculptures. This combination creates a unique feeling of sophistication and turns the bathroom into a space that impresses and inspires.

Walk-in Closet

The walk-in closet is completely custom-made, with precise attention to detail and the needs of the occupants. The dark wood gives a feeling of luxury and coziness, and the built-in backlighting highlights each element and ensures ease of use. The space is organized symmetrically – one side is designed for him and the other for her, which guarantees maximum functionality and individual comfort. At the bottom is a mirror that visually lengthens the room and adds a sense of spaciousness. This walk-in closet is not just a wardrobe, but a complete experience of order and style.

Children’s Bedroom 1

The children’s bedroom is designed with coziness and functionality in mind, with the green bed with a headboard that rises to the ceiling itself as the accent in the interior – a detail that gives character and a fresh mood to the space. The large wardrobe provides ample storage space, and the comfortable desk is positioned to create a comfortable area for studying and creative activities. The ceiling is designed in levels, which not only adds dynamics to the interior, but also skillfully conceals the structural beam. Children’s bedroom 2 follows the concept of the first, but with a different characteristic accent. The bed is the same, but here the headboard is designed horizontally – it extends from wall to wall and gives the space a feeling of width and coziness. The golden accents on it bring a sophisticated glow and create a subtle but noticeable sophistication. The room combines comfort and individuality, while maintaining the modern line of the overall project.

In the center are two cast marble sinks – a functional and at the same time elegant solution that gives individuality to the space. Seamless glass barriers frame the balconies, made of highly durable tempered glass with an ultra-minimalist design. These glass panels function as a safety barrier with a contemporary aesthetic.

The courtyard features a swimming pool and various relaxation areas, each with its own unique qualities, thus ensuring a diverse experience of the exterior. Featuring modern and high-quality outdoor furniture, combined with soothing, warm lighting, the courtyard functions as an outdoor living room for relaxation and socializing. Another wonderful feature is the external elevator, which leads directly to the garage. Due to the slope of the property itself, the parking lot is located two levels below the house. This area provides enough space for parking up to three cars. For this purpose, a steam generator is installed in the bedroom, hidden in the plasterboard structure.

The mix of palette and contrasting elements work effectively to distract from the size. Its character of warmth is deepened by the inclusion of natural wood and hidden lighting.

This luxury modern house is divided into several segments. In the main of them is the main living area – living room, dining room and kitchen. The main tone in the house is white. This color is an expression of freshness and purity. Fragments of antiquity are present in the interior design, but modern sofas and comfortable armchairs are the modernist touch in the living room. The round arranged furniture makes the space spacious and enlarged. This is enhanced by the large amount of natural light that enters the courtyard through full glazing.

Kitchen and dining room

The natural herringbone parquet, positioned in the middle of the room, separates the dining room and emphasizes the comfort and stylish look. The warmth of the wood is combined with the beauty of the cold marble. The modern marble table and the interesting lighting fixtures above captivate our attention. The dining room overflows into a kitchen area and is visually separated by an elegant, multifunctional bar counter. Here you can both cook and serve food for the whole family. The kitchen is beautiful, designed in matte black MDF, warm marble and glass. The dark color contrasts with the whiteness of the room and differentiates the space even better.

Skillful combination of dark shades, natural fabrics and sophisticated details, enhancing the individuality and charm of the home.

Despite its unusual shapes, we have built a beautiful and spacious living room, with great attention to detail and reasonable distribution of functional areas. Exclusive play of color solutions and materials, with a few black touches, and walls, gently decorated with decorative friezes. Upholstered furniture is selected in the gray range, and the light coming in from the large windows only enhances the effect of this color scheme. The kitchen is simple but extremely practical. Bright granite tiles, built-in appliances and cabinets without fittings describe the charm of this area, and the large worktop creates additional space for work and drink.
In a special corner of the living room we have placed the dining table, and around it, again decided in gray, we have placed comfortable armchairs with soft upholstery. A specially built ethanol fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere and enhances home comfort.

Functional Layout

Located in a newly built luxury building, this three-bedroom apartment has become the dream home for our clients. In the spacious living room we separated a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area, which at the same time combined by textures and balancing colors. For the master bedroom we chose soft, natural colors for more intimacy and calm. For the children’s bedrooms we took into account their favorite colors and hobbies and combined them into the overall design.

We turned the main and largest space in the apartment into an open room, whose functional layout clearly outlines each area. The visible interaction between the light paneling and Emperor granite contrasts with the dark kitchen cabinets and the paneling that hides the wet room. Golden elements, combined with white marble, add the necessary note of luxury.

For the master bedroom we use light colors, harmonizing with the natural textures of white marble and wood, used in the decorative wall behind the bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The mirror paneling, hiding the door to the bathroom, naturally continues in paneling in soft beige, complementing the color scheme in the bedroom.

Girl’s bedroom

The color range used in this bedroom is unique and desired by our little client. The mirror elements, in combination with the light color we have chosen for the cabinet furniture, give more space to the room, and the soft upholstery in deep yellow is the necessary contrast, which perfectly completes the overall look of the bedroom.

Boy’s bedroom

In this bedroom the standout color is blue – as a big football fan, our little client wanted the interior to include the color of his favorite team – Barcelona. We transformed the football theme in an extravagant way by designing a suspended ceiling in the shape of a soccer ball. The wood texture and the warm gray color balance the bright colors.

Bathroom

Bathroom follow the same style, built in other rooms. The white marble and light cabinets are balanced by the color accent of the mosaic.

The interior design of this home is an illustration of a modern lifestyle where needs meet aesthetics and offer maximum comfort. The living spaces on the ground floor were united in one open space, designed in a unified stylistic way, but also with a close interconnection. The rooms are hyperfictional, each of which is distinct from the other, but in continuous dialogue. The layout allows for easy circulation and achieves balance through an expert choice of colors, finishes and textures. Echoes of materials and tones extend throughout the space, unifying all the diverse spatial elements. In its carefully experimented aesthetics, the house represents the cosmopolitan outlook on life of the client for whom it was designed. It is a completed project where technologies create harmony between functionality and beauty.

An enticing presence is given by the interconnected shelves with delicate lighting, built on a marble wall, strategically maintaining the airy appeal of the living room. Dining room and kitchen

A mix of luxury and a stylish play of colors formulates an elegantly strange ensemble in the kitchen area, where sophistication is infused in every detail. The modern design of the kitchen is directly related to new technologies, and behind the laconic facades hide new storage systems and modern kitchen appliances. Gray marble with fine lines was used for the floor, which defines the boundaries of each of the zones. The balanced combination of marble and wood creates this artful play of heights and proportions before the eye. Near the panoramic sliding window, revealing the view of the courtyard, there is a dining area for six people. Its center is defined by a beautiful chandelier, which provides an additional artistic layer to the space. A warm and enchanting glow illuminates the interior, keeping the captivating architecture in the spotlight.

Office

The design of the study complements the luxurious image of the home. The interior decoration is further highlighted with gold fittings, marble and a glamorous pendant light, resulting in a comfortable elegant space, harmoniously combined with the modern design of the home. A designer desk creates an inspiring atmosphere for creative work. In the middle is the seating area, where a coffee table delicately brings its presence with its oval shape. Around it are two armchairs made of high-quality textile upholstery, which also show beauty and grace. Below, an off-white carpet with a deep gray smoky pattern unites the space, creating a contemporary yet cozy appeal. Concealed LED lamps and designer lighting fixtures together embody artistic expressions of design and create a contrasting visual effect.

Bedroom

As soon as you enter the bedroom, you are greeted by a feeling of coziness, embodied in a luxurious vision, radiating style and perfection. An elegant combination of gray and warm shades prevails in the design, and accents in black add moderate extravagance to the eye. Veneered panels in composition with marble on the walls have become a typical design element. Custom-made furniture and accent details provide this luxurious and cosmopolitan atmosphere of the highest class, ensuring a comfortable lifestyle.

Bathroom

Minimalism and marble are synchronized in perfect harmony in this small bathroom. The rough texture of natural stone provides an excellent opportunity to infuse visual dynamism into a minimalist bathroom without hindering its simplicity. Its advantages become especially prominent in such elegance and solidity. Dazzling white, cool gray and rich brown create this calm, pleasant and orderly environment.

Grace, opulence and luxury are reflected in each bedroom with a unique take on design, tailored to the user’s personality. The master bedroom speaks of a mature and sophisticated sensibility with an adventurous flair, where a symphony of elegance, colors and textures merge before the eye. Dominated by gray and walnut shades, it creates a sense of organic design and continuity. A unique design element here is the wall behind the bed, completely lined in a wooden pattern while also connecting to the rest of the home. Behind it is a separate space for personal preparation – a wardrobe and dressing table, where furniture and fixed cabinets are designed and made in-house to achieve the aesthetics intended for the space.

Master Bathroom

The master bathroom design exudes a delightful sense of elegance and beauty, reflecting a premium vibe. Here, the cool tones of the gray and white marble contrast beautifully with the warm tones of the floating wood vanity. The herringbone pattern used in the shower area and the two sinks enhances the layering of the décor, giving it a unique spatial charm. The warmth of the brass also counteracts the inherent coolness of the stone. An exceptional bathroom design filled with charming details and a stunning marble vanity.

This luxurious bedroom design in a modern concept has the perfect balance in space that achieves a functional and pleasant mood with the highest level of standard not only in style but also in overall efficiency. The neutral shade and calm palette of monochrome tones keeps the calm and cozy throughout the interior, and the elegance is enhanced by the subtle positioning of gold accents. The natural and warm wood can absorb you with sensuality and warmth, adding a more expressive embossed look. The bedside tables connect with the dynamic use of grooved panels, and the customized textured paint and upholstery bridge the gap between the different elements of the rich yet soothing color scheme.

Interior design of a boutique store

Functional layout

The assignment from the clients for this clothing store is to gain the feeling of a boutique showroom in the design of their stores to achieve a sense of a luxury clothing brand without investing a lot of money in the interior. We must achieve a clean and modern look, which through its design visually expands the space, but at the same time with an elegant way to fit and present all items that the brand offers.

Dividing the space

Symmetrically dividing the space and shifting all exhibition standers and shelves to the two long walls we absorb a relatively large space in the center of the store without having to reduce the exhibition area. The store has a warehouse, two fully functional and comfortable changing rooms, reception / cash desk, two exhibition walls with stands of approximately eight meters each with integrated in them shelves for shoes, bags and accessories with the same length. The space in the center is suitable for freestanding models and allows the addition of an extra stand.

Exposition construction

The clothing stands are fully fixed to the wall with concealed steel structure without sides as if they are suspended in the air. The construction is hidden in a “case” of gypsum board in the upper it is lower part and solved with matt glass and hidden illumination in it. Thereby the clothes at the bottom are backlit from the top emphasizing them with light, while the accessories above are illuminated from below, giving them an interesting glow that makes each item stand out. Mirrors along the shelves give a depth of space, while contributing to the perception of its products. At the top above the shelf, the structure logically repeats continuing to the ceiling to create the impression as if the shelves and studs are cuts in the wall.

Cash register and trial

The shop is fully opened at the front, so the decision that all of the stressful details are pushed to the walls is the best for the site. At the end of the premises is the reception, which is imitating a mirror cube, made of panels with mirror effect. The wall behind it is completely clean, hosting only the logo of the brand in combination with the distribution of the space and its clean design the logo becomes the focus of the store and instantly grabs the attention of its visitors. Behind the wall at a slight angle, are located the two dressing rooms, enclosed with curtains hanging from the ceiling to the ground. The door to the storage is made of plasterboard with color as the one from the wall so it becomes completely invisible to the customers. Opposite one another there are two mirrored walls made from crystal glass, which introduced additional depth in the design.
