Functional Layout

Design of a three-room apartment offering versatile and unique solutions. It includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom and a guest bathroom, as well as a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, and the main idea in it is minimalism with clean colors, materials and textures. Each room in the apartment has a unique creative approach and bright individuality, and the expressiveness of the interior is added by the game of contrasts.

Kitchen and Dining room

To create a feeling of warmth, a modern fireplace is built, which brings a cozy and welcoming spirit. The dining room is located next to the window, where abundant natural light penetrates inside and allows a relaxing view of nature to appear as part of the interior decoration.

Master Bedroom

Bathed in muted shades, this bedroom is toned in brown, graphite gray and beige. Natural materials such as wood are used to create an atmosphere of warmth and harmony. Its decor is shaped with contemporary furniture, wonderfully combined with bright accents.

Master Bathroom

The master bathroom has an understated concept with an interesting modern appeal. The monochromatic design gives it a clean, fresh and elegant look. It looks stylish with the white in the background, while the lines and patterns of the stone stand out, along with its accent pieces. A specific feature here is the shower space, which has been converted into a steam room with a dark mosaic bench. For this purpose, a steam generator is installed in the bedroom, hidden in the plasterboard structure.

Guest Bedroom

An aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that prioritizes function over form. Clean lines, minimalist surfaces and elegant symmetry. The mix of palette and contrasting elements work effectively to distract from the size. Its character of warmth is deepened by the inclusion of natural wood and hidden lighting.

Guest Bathroom

This beautiful small bathroom is amazingly designed. An excellent symbiosis between simple and elegant, and a perfect combination of black and gray. Textures are combined to perfection of contrast. The terrazzo walls and floor add dimension to the space, contrasting perfectly with the accent accessories and black shower wall. A design that immerses you in relaxation.

The entrance hall is spacious, with white walls and warm marble slabs. Gold details and antique friezes form a representative and at the same time cozy room. The lighting fixtures are the same throughout the house – the chandeliers provide the main lighting, while the sconces provide an opportunity for more coziness and intimate atmosphere.

Living room

This luxury modern house is divided into several segments. In the main of them is the main living area – living room, dining room and kitchen. The main tone in the house is white. This color is an expression of freshness and purity. Fragments of antiquity are present in the interior design, but modern sofas and comfortable armchairs are the modernist touch in the living room. The round arranged furniture makes the space spacious and enlarged. This is enhanced by the large amount of natural light that enters the courtyard through full glazing.

Kitchen and dining room

The natural herringbone parquet, positioned in the middle of the room, separates the dining room and emphasizes the comfort and stylish look. The warmth of the wood is combined with the beauty of the cold marble. The modern marble table and the interesting lighting fixtures above captivate our attention. The dining room overflows into a kitchen area and is visually separated by an elegant, multifunctional bar counter. Here you can both cook and serve food for the whole family. The kitchen is beautiful, designed in matte black MDF, warm marble and glass. The dark color contrasts with the whiteness of the room and differentiates the space even better.

The bedroom is significantly warmer than the living room. The warmth of the wood and the golden elements add style and improve the coziness. We chose lighting that can achieve a more intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Skillful combination of dark shades, natural fabrics and sophisticated details, enhancing the individuality and charm of the home.

Despite its unusual shapes, we have built a beautiful and spacious living room, with great attention to detail and reasonable distribution of functional areas. Exclusive play of color solutions and materials, with a few black touches, and walls, gently decorated with decorative friezes. Upholstered furniture is selected in the gray range, and the light coming in from the large windows only enhances the effect of this color scheme. The kitchen is simple but extremely practical. Bright granite tiles, built-in appliances and cabinets without fittings describe the charm of this area, and the large worktop creates additional space for work and drink.
In a special corner of the living room we have placed the dining table, and around it, again decided in gray, we have placed comfortable armchairs with soft upholstery. A specially built ethanol fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere and enhances home comfort.

Master bedroom

The bedroom, although compact, has been transformed into a stylish and charming room for solitude. Delicate colors, perfectly balanced with the natural floor and the dark brown upholstery of the bed, and the exquisite details are only a small addition to her picturesque image.

Childrens bedroom

The children’s room is designed with a lot of imagination. The atmosphere in it brings a feeling of calm and security. An interesting impression is made by the selection of colors, where the brighter accents transform the palette and make it more playful. Comfortable beds, with fully upholstered walls, a custom-made desk for children’s accessories and plenty of mirrors are just some of the cozy radiance of this room.

Functional Layout

Located in a newly built luxury building, this three-bedroom apartment has become the dream home for our clients. In the spacious living room we separated a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area, which at the same time combined by textures and balancing colors. For the master bedroom we chose soft, natural colors for more intimacy and calm. For the children’s bedrooms we took into account their favorite colors and hobbies and combined them into the overall design.

Living room, Kitchen and Dining room

We turned the main and largest space in the apartment into an open room, whose functional layout clearly outlines each area. The visible interaction between the light paneling and Emperor granite contrasts with the dark kitchen cabinets and the paneling that hides the wet room. Golden elements, combined with white marble, add the necessary note of luxury.

Master bedroom

For the master bedroom we use light colors, harmonizing with the natural textures of white marble and wood, used in the decorative wall behind the bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The mirror paneling, hiding the door to the bathroom, naturally continues in paneling in soft beige, complementing the color scheme in the bedroom.

Girl’s bedroom

The color range used in this bedroom is unique and desired by our little client. The mirror elements, in combination with the light color we have chosen for the cabinet furniture, give more space to the room, and the soft upholstery in deep yellow is the necessary contrast, which perfectly completes the overall look of the bedroom.

Boy’s bedroom

In this bedroom the standout color is blue – as a big football fan, our little client wanted the interior to include the color of his favorite team – Barcelona. We transformed the football theme in an extravagant way by designing a suspended ceiling in the shape of a soccer ball. The wood texture and the warm gray color balance the bright colors.

Bathroom

Bathroom follow the same style, built in other rooms. The white marble and light cabinets are balanced by the color accent of the mosaic.

Functional layout

The assignment from the clients for this clothing store is to gain the feeling of a boutique showroom in the design of their stores to achieve a sense of a luxury clothing brand without investing a lot of money in the interior. We must achieve a clean and modern look, which through its design visually expands the space, but at the same time with an elegant way to fit and present all items that the brand offers.

Dividing the space

Symmetrically dividing the space and shifting all exhibition standers and shelves to the two long walls we absorb a relatively large space in the center of the store without having to reduce the exhibition area. The store has a warehouse, two fully functional and comfortable changing rooms, reception / cash desk, two exhibition walls with stands of approximately eight meters each with integrated in them shelves for shoes, bags and accessories with the same length. The space in the center is suitable for freestanding models and allows the addition of an extra stand.

Exposition construction

The clothing stands are fully fixed to the wall with concealed steel structure without sides as if they are suspended in the air. The construction is hidden in a “case” of gypsum board in the upper it is lower part and solved with matt glass and hidden illumination in it. Thereby the clothes at the bottom are backlit from the top emphasizing them with light, while the accessories above are illuminated from below, giving them an interesting glow that makes each item stand out. Mirrors along the shelves give a depth of space, while contributing to the perception of its products. At the top above the shelf, the structure logically repeats continuing to the ceiling to create the impression as if the shelves and studs are cuts in the wall.

Cash register and trial

The shop is fully opened at the front, so the decision that all of the stressful details are pushed to the walls is the best for the site. At the end of the premises is the reception, which is imitating a mirror cube, made of panels with mirror effect. The wall behind it is completely clean, hosting only the logo of the brand in combination with the distribution of the space and its clean design the logo becomes the focus of the store and instantly grabs the attention of its visitors. Behind the wall at a slight angle, are located the two dressing rooms, enclosed with curtains hanging from the ceiling to the ground. The door to the storage is made of plasterboard with color as the one from the wall so it becomes completely invisible to the customers. Opposite one another there are two mirrored walls made from crystal glass, which introduced additional depth in the design.

Flawless composition from the palette of colors, wood textures, marble and granite gives a refined and fulfilled atmosphere. Each room tells its own story. The focus in the interior of this apartment was balanced between elegance and comfort. Lovely open kitchen with natural light, merging with the living room – a clean space with a calm nature and a refined luxury.

The large living area, which has an open kitchen, dining room and living room, is neatly separated, but at the same time is a space that gives a feeling of lightness and airiness. The black wall of decorative bricks perfectly match and give a strict sophistication to the home art as a high class. The library of graphite-colored MDF mat is also precisely chosen, which additionally gives a luxurious and strict language. For the kitchen is used MDF mat with natural veneer, combined with MDF mat – graphite color, grey mirrored back and granite top.

Master Bedroom

A contemporary bedroom design with a luxurious touch and at the same time it is modern, with a special character. The choice of materials such as wood and marble is fully consistent with the whole atmosphere, and the color palette gives this room a sophisticated taste. Wardrobes with natural veneer combine comfort and style, and bedside tables with marble and granite countertops, following the minimalist trend, add delicate luxury to the space.

Master Bathroom

The bathroom follows the same style and overall concept. It is solved in the dark range, with dim lighting for a touch of intimacy. To balance the mysterious look, we visually separated the shower cabin, using terrazzo tiles in lighter tones, again in the achromatic range.

Functional Layout

Although this apartment is only 65 square meters and has an irregular shape, we managed to satisfy the wishes of our customers. We provided a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with an island and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet next to it.

Living room, Kitchen, Dining room

To optimize the space we have visually and functionally separated a kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining room and a living room. The main accent in the room is a section in pearl beige, in which we placed a bioethanol fireplace. To achieve more comfort and warmth, we opted for natural parquet and finished the line of the living area with paneling with a hidden door to the main bedroom.
To contrast the kitchen we chose dark colors that do not impose its presence. Through the mirror surfaces of dark granite on the floor, kitchen peninsula and countertop, along with glossy kitchen cabinets, the room visually expands. The line of the kitchen area is completed by a suspended ceiling in a dark color.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom follows the same style of the living room – minimalist, clean and elegant. The double bed with light upholstery contrasts with the darker walls in graphite and soft gray. Behind the bedroom is a wardrobe in pearl beige. The hidden LED lighting in the wardrobe itself, the glazed doors, as well as the mirror elements, help to feel more space and light.

Bathroom

For the bathroom we opted for a style that brings luxury and intimacy. We used Emperor Dark granite to visually separate the shower space from the rest. Wooden granite enhances the warmth and emphasizes the overall look of the bathroom.

Guest bedroom

The leading element in the guest bedroom is the fully upholstered headboard above the double bed, which visually lengthens the space. In combination with the mirror elements, as well as the wardrobe in pearl beige, we managed to make the room more spacious and bright. For a more intimate atmosphere we added hanging lamps and sconces.

The space is modest, but practically used. Monochromatic and clean solutions, simple vision and beautiful cozy furniture. The apartment is tinted in earthy colors – soft cream and pastel shades of beige. Living Room

The living room, dining room and kitchen are separated in a common space, where the light shades form a gentle and warm home atmosphere. The furniture is also designed in light tones, which contrasts perfectly with the dark parquet and the dark kitchen. A specific feature are the double ceilings and the cabinets with an interesting construction. An ethanol fireplace has been built opposite the sofas as a focal point, which creates an excellent place for relaxation and solitude.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The kitchen part is solved entirely in beautiful wooden paneling, which gives an accent, but also perfectly balances with the integrity. Practically arranged with partial details on display and a kitchen island in the middle, providing additional storage space and work area. The dining area is interestingly designed – the dining table is made of wood, merging with the countertop which breaks the classic look, giving it a modern feel. An interesting solution here is the corner by the window, which provides a perfect place for reading or just relaxing, but also complements the comfort of home.
