Every inch of this 453 sq m house exudes style and sophistication. Every room is furnished with attention to detail – from luxurious furniture to designer lighting solutions. The interior of the first floor is designed in an elegant palette of gray, black, beige and gold, which smoothly connects the entrance hall, the spacious living room, the modern dining room and the stylish kitchen. On the second floor we are greeted by two impressive bedrooms, four bathrooms and two interesting children’s rooms.

Living Room

The spacious living room impresses with a cozy fireplace and a green accent sofa, which add a luxurious feel and warmth to the interior. The light granite tiles and natural parquet in warm brown create a harmonious combination of textures and colors, and the decorative friezes on the walls add an elegant finish.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a harmonious combination of modern and classic, with the friezes on the doors adding a sophisticated retro charm. The mirror brings space and light, and the natural stone adds natural elegance and luxury.

Dining Room

The dining room combines comfort and style with a round table with a rotating additional top, and upholstered chairs that invite long and cozy evenings. The striking lighting fixtures above the table add character and emphasize the elegance of the space.

Wardrobe Room in the Hallway

The walk-in closet combines style and functionality, with a round armchair in the center, providing comfort and a sense of luxury. Spacious wardrobes provide organized storage for clothes and accessories, and a dressing table with mirror completes the space with a practical area for preparation and personal care.

Guest Toilet

The guest toilet impresses with a modern cylindrical sink and a large mirror, which adds a sense of spaciousness. The combination of two types of tiles creates an interesting visual contrast and emphasizes the character of the room.

Staircase and Corridor

The impressive solid wood staircase becomes a focal point of the interior, highlighted by spectacular recessed lighting and an elegant glass railing. The mirrored paneling enhances the feeling of spaciousness, and the high ceiling adds additional lightness and airiness to the entire space.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom impresses with a centrally positioned bed, placed with its back to an elegant dressing table, which forms a focal point in the space. The large wardrobe combines glass and milled doors, combining practicality with sophisticated design and textural contrast.

Walk-in Closet in Bedroom

Behind elegant sliding doors, a separate walk-in closet is revealed, designed with two opposing wardrobes for optimal organization. A stool is located in the center, adding comfort and completeness to the space.

Master Bathroom

The spacious and bright master bathroom is filled with natural light from the window and creates a feeling of lightness and cleanliness. A large countertop with two sinks and practical cabinets provide convenience and order, and the shower area with a steam bath adds a feeling of spa comfort in a home environment.

Children’s Bedroom 1

The boy’s nursery is decorated in a fresh combination of gray and orange, with wood accents and an interesting wallpaper that adds character to the space. The wardrobe is positioned to form a separate wardrobe area, and a comfortable desk is positioned at the back – a practical solution that separates the storage and study areas.

The bathroom in the boy’s room is designed in a modern combination of black and gray, with clean lines and contrasting surfaces. Accent LED lighting emphasizes the lines and adds dynamism and character to the space.

The nursery for a girl is decorated in a delicate palette of rose ash and white, which creates a calm and cozy atmosphere. The wallpaper brings a playful accent, and the fine milled details add elegance and a sense of completion to the interior.

The round dining table adds lightness and air to the space, turning the dining area into a pleasant place for shared moments.

The hallway is organized with practical storage areas, cleverly hidden behind detailed paneling that visually clears the space and unifies the style of the entire apartment.

Bedroom 1

The bedroom is bright and compact, with a sense of coziness and tranquility. The details on the walls follow the style of the apartment, and the space is optimized and clean to provide maximum comfort in a minimalist environment.

Bathroom to the Bedroom

The bathroom is compact and functionally organized, with each corner separated to make the most of the space. The color palette is dark, adding intimacy and drama, and the shower area is bright and clean, creating a pleasant visual accent. The contrast is emphasized, while functionality remains the leading one.

Bedroom 2

The bedroom is minimalist and gentle, the integrated accent paneling creates an elegant look for the room. The wide bed frame, extending from end to end, adds additional softness, and the console bedside tables emphasize the lightness of the interior. The soft lighting creates an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility, turning the space into a real place for relaxation.

Guest Bedroom

The second bathroom repeats the layout and compact dimensions, but is a mirror image in color. Light tones dominate here, creating a feeling of spaciousness and cleanliness, while the shower area is designed in dark shades, which bring contrast and depth. The balance between light and dark gives an elegant and modern atmosphere.

Functional Layout

The main idea for ​​this project was to create a light, elegant and airy atmosphere, dominated by the sea view and the ever-changing colors of the surrounding nature. In it, we broke the spatial boundaries and adopted minimalist functionalism, while emphasizing the sensory experiences of people in the space. In terms of layout, the home functions are distributed over three levels, as follows: ground floor, where there is a gym, sauna, elevator with utility room, office, two bathrooms and a bedroom; on the second level, in an open plan, there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom. On the third floor, there are separate rooms with bedrooms, bathrooms, a dressing room and terraces to the bedrooms.

Living Room

The second floor features a living room, kitchen and dining area in a single open space. We have created a practical and functional interior design that reflects contemporary luxury and creates a cozy atmosphere. Every corner offers an open view to the outside, providing a 180-degree view that blurs the line between interior and exterior. The matte white furniture, along with black, creamy beige and cappuccino marble tones, create an atmosphere that aims to be relaxing and inspiring at the same time.

Kitchen

The large white kitchen impresses with its light and spaciousness. The central island is the accent of the interior – both functional and social, it offers a comfortable work surface and a place for gatherings. The seating areas add dynamism and lightness, turning the island into a natural place for breakfast, a quick coffee or conversations with loved ones. The clean white color emphasizes the feeling of freshness and modernity, and the generous space allows for comfort and freedom of movement.

Dining Room

A black and white medium-sized dining table with comfortable armchairs for seating eight people acts as a central element. The prominent colors highlight certain elements in the home, which are arranged in a composition of contemporary tastes. Perfectly combined with each other, they create an extremely chic and sophisticated feel. Conceived in a way that is easy on the eyes, the entire layout has a vibrant and free taste.

Soft Seating Area

The living room features a small cozy area with a sofa and TV, which complements the main space without overwhelming it. This nook is designed as an alternative to the main sofa – a place for a short break, for watching a movie in a more intimate setting, or for solitude with a book. The compact size of the sofa emphasizes the lightness and practicality of the area, and its positioning allows for a free flow of movement in the rest of the room. The balance between comfort and functionality turns this small area into a pleasant accent in the living room.

Guest Toilet

The small bathroom impresses with a sense of style and spaciousness, despite its compact dimensions. The gray marble creates a sense of luxury and modern sophistication, while the white tiles bring light and visually expand the space. The contrast between the two materials gives a balance – both elegant and fresh. The clean lines and minimalist design emphasize the feeling of order, and the combination of neutral colors allows for easy addition of accents through accessories or lighting. The result is a functional and stylish room that brings harmony and comfort to everyday life.

Staircase and Hallway

The third floor welcomes you with an elegant entrance hall in a minimalist style and delicate design. This contemporary aesthetic perfectly shows how stylish and functional such a space can be, with selected colors and harmony of shapes that follow the functions. The highlight here is the turquoise armchair, which matches the energy of the tabletop. The wall lamp and the oval mirror give a different touch, adding a touch of shine.

Master Bedroom and Walk-in Closet

The bedrooms in the home are conceptualized with modern elements in unique, complementary color palettes. The master bedroom is recreated in such a stylish setting with an ideal interior layout. The bed here is a central element, and everything else is located around it and positioned in accordance with it. In addition, we have placed bedside tables that look great and perfectly approach the given style. The relationship between outside and inside merges, creating the most beautiful surrounding environment.

Master Bathroom

An oasis of privacy and relaxation, this stylish en suite bathroom is designed with a distinct beauty and design that minimizes the feeling of clutter. Featuring elegant, monochromatic tones with luxurious marble details, it combines minimalism with modern design. With beautifully textured stone for the wall, black details that add a touch of drama, and the soft glow of diffused light coming from under the mirror, this bathroom exudes a visually impactful luxurious feel. A glass window offers a view of the magnificent landscape beyond, adding a dose of tranquility and delight.

Kids Bedroom

While the common areas speak of a mature and sophisticated sensibility, the nursery is characterized by playful imagination and contrasting hues. The room experiments with its own predominant theme, imbued with elements of space and stars, representing the boy’s inquisitive and exploratory personality.

Entrance Hall and Gym at Ground Level

A wellness retreat has been designed on the first floor, combining a premium collection of designer home fitness equipment, a sauna, a swimming pool and a relaxation area. The main space is functionally divided into a sports area and a relaxation area. Visually separated by frosted glass is the relaxation area, where an elegant velvet sofa in turquoise blue is located. The natural stone flooring in rare and prestigious marble creates a unified individual spirit. The interior with a strikingly simple design creates a unique and luxurious place for personal and leisure time, combining both aesthetics and functionality.

Sauna

The sauna is located in the entrance hall itself, transforming the space into a relaxation area right from the doorstep. The glass part opens up a captivating view of the sea, which brings a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility. The wooden cladding envelops the room with warmth and natural coziness, and the clean lines emphasize the modern sound of the interior. The contrast between the intimate atmosphere of the sauna and the endless horizon outside creates a unique experience – a place where the body relaxes and the gaze is immersed in the blue.

Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom is designed in a minimalist vision, where light and natural materials dominate. The large white tiles emphasize the purity of the space and visually expand it, and the gray stone brings character and a sense of stability. The contrast between the smooth surface of the tiles and the texture of the stone gives a stylish balance. Thus, the bathroom becomes a sophisticated, yet unobtrusive room, suitable for guests and everyday comfort.

Guest Bedroom

Featuring warm neutral tones, soft woods, sumptuous layers of linens and an organic rug, this bedroom evokes calm and relaxation from the moment you look at it. Minimalist nightstands in a subtle shade of white and brass-colored pendant lights surround the bed for a soothing touch. All the integrated textures support the overall aesthetic concept of the interior, giving it a sensual and individual design.

The guest bathroom is designed in a modern and clean style that combines practicality and elegance. The large-format white tiles add space and light, creating a feeling of purity and lightness. The contrast with the gray stone adds depth and natural radiance, making the space warmer and more balanced. The clean lines and minimalist approach emphasize the contemporary sound of the interior, and the combination of materials brings a feeling of luxury and coziness at the same time.

The ground floor has been completely transformed into a garage, with a separate bathroom. On the second level we have located a living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet, and on the third floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. The combination of carefully selected materials and balanced colors brings a unique harmony and modern look to the home, where all components give a light futuristic touch to the entire interior.

A characteristic feature and priority in this home are the open type areas and spaciousness. The large windows, elegantly covered with enchanting curtains, complete the home comfort. Modern upholstered furniture with decorative cushions, a designer table and a comfortable armchair add style and a sense of harmony and comfort to the living room environment.

The kitchen is simple, but extremely practical, with clean lines in the space and modernist furniture. Correct shapes create a visual sense of elegance and enhance sophisticated décor. The smooth surfaces, the lack of hardware, as well as the grease ceramic top in the dark gray range are a label for a modern look. The main highlight is the kitchen island in the middle of the room, which practically overflows into a large dining table with pendant lighting and comfortable armchairs.

Master Bedroom

Boldly combined color tonalities in the dark gray and beige range, in a combination of wood textures and mirror surfaces, highlighted with modernist touches, this bedroom impresses with its non-standard look. Textile lining of the bed, soft pastel carpet and chic curtains give characteristic elegance and coziness to the environment.

Walk-in Closet Area

French windows, revealing a wonderful panoramic view, but at the same time ensuring an inviolable privacy. An interesting detail is the separate wardrobe room, which predisposes to a greater sense of calm and mental comfort in the intimacy area.

Master Bathroom

Luxuriously furnished and spacious, this bathroom is entirely in natural colors, with a clean look and design. Interesting and impressive is the dedicated shower area, fully lined with a light-colored mosaic that perfectly harmonizes with the white marble in the rest of the room. For more convenience and comfort, a bench has been built, which emphasizes the modern look in the bathroom. A glass partition completes this area and flows into the neatly separated dressing table. A refined atmosphere, where every detail gives a special charm to the setting.

Stairway

A perfectly constructed impressive three-storey house. The staircase features a fresh interior and multiple accents that emphasize the spaces and reinforce the elegance of the vision. The sconces located along the entire height of the staircase as well as the gray mirror details contribute to the spectacular look.

Garage

For the garage of this house, we opted for dark colors on the ceiling, strong and functional lighting, and a wall with rasterized gray mirrors for depth.

Functional layout

The assignment from the clients for this clothing store is to gain the feeling of a boutique showroom in the design of their stores to achieve a sense of a luxury clothing brand without investing a lot of money in the interior. We must achieve a clean and modern look, which through its design visually expands the space, but at the same time with an elegant way to fit and present all items that the brand offers.

Dividing the space

Symmetrically dividing the space and shifting all exhibition standers and shelves to the two long walls we absorb a relatively large space in the center of the store without having to reduce the exhibition area. The store has a warehouse, two fully functional and comfortable changing rooms, reception / cash desk, two exhibition walls with stands of approximately eight meters each with integrated in them shelves for shoes, bags and accessories with the same length. The space in the center is suitable for freestanding models and allows the addition of an extra stand.

Exposition construction

The clothing stands are fully fixed to the wall with concealed steel structure without sides as if they are suspended in the air. The construction is hidden in a “case” of gypsum board in the upper it is lower part and solved with matt glass and hidden illumination in it. Thereby the clothes at the bottom are backlit from the top emphasizing them with light, while the accessories above are illuminated from below, giving them an interesting glow that makes each item stand out. Mirrors along the shelves give a depth of space, while contributing to the perception of its products. At the top above the shelf, the structure logically repeats continuing to the ceiling to create the impression as if the shelves and studs are cuts in the wall.

Cash register and trial

The shop is fully opened at the front, so the decision that all of the stressful details are pushed to the walls is the best for the site. At the end of the premises is the reception, which is imitating a mirror cube, made of panels with mirror effect. The wall behind it is completely clean, hosting only the logo of the brand in combination with the distribution of the space and its clean design the logo becomes the focus of the store and instantly grabs the attention of its visitors. Behind the wall at a slight angle, are located the two dressing rooms, enclosed with curtains hanging from the ceiling to the ground. The door to the storage is made of plasterboard with color as the one from the wall so it becomes completely invisible to the customers. Opposite one another there are two mirrored walls made from crystal glass, which introduced additional depth in the design.

The desire of the client for this bedroom was a very modern and luxurious interior with a number of amenities, combining interior design with a hint of a presidential suite in a five star apartment. The idea was to create an impressive bedroom, while the concept remains up to date over time.

The bed

We positioned the bed in the middle of the room, made in bright textiles with straight forms, separated with glass panels at its back and behind it in a niche in the wall we positioned an open and fully visible closet with cabinet at the bottom and a rail with hangers at the top, resembling a showcase boutique clothing store.

The bathtub

Raised above the ground on a pedestal of Italian marble, we positioned an elegant, freestanding bathtub, which is fully involved in the interior design of the bedroom. One wall is designed with paneling made of panels with veneer of stained oak, a material involved in other furniture pieces in the interior. We integrated the TV into the panels, positioned on a moving arm, it can conveniently be seen from the bed and from the tub.

Wardrobe

The door to the bathroom is completely hidden in the paneling, which gives a lighter feeling for the design. Along the paneling we positioned the walk-in wardrobe, fully visible through sliding glass doors, but at the same time it is separated from the bedroom. The interior of this boudoir again aims to represent a luxury boutique solved entirely of wood paneling. Completely comfortable and functional, this dressing room has a capacity for a large amount of shoes, bags, accessories and more. In the middle there is a convenient large puff seating, integrated into the cabinet for jewelry and accessories. One wall is decorated entirely in mirrored panels repeating the raster from the paneling, giving depth to the space.

Hidden and backlit ceiling cornices and built-in halogen lighting fixtures, contributing to the clean and modern interior design of the room. The floor is carpeted in light, giving comfort and warmth to the interior. The colors are in neutral tones with an emphasis of darker brownish gray in the corner with the dresser and the tub.

Functional Layout

The living area has an open plan in the living room and dining area, elegantly separated by a glass door kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The main lines of the design follow the trends for furniture in geometric shapes, modern materials such as glass, metal, MDF and three-layer parquet, as well as stylish and fresh accents. This modern apartment impresses with its classic sophistication in a modern interpretation.

Sitting Room

The architecture of the apartments is interesting as it is on the top floor, an attic apartment with beveled ceilings, it requires a different approach to the space. We embraced the terrace to the living room, turning it into a stylish dining room, so we got a spacious living room with large window and an impressive view of Sofia. The roof repeats the distribution of the apartment and as it is situated on the top floor, we embraced the entire space above it, turning it into a beautiful terrace / garden. The approach to it is via a spiral staircase from the living room to the roof. In the actual living room, which we have transformed into the gray range, there is a soft sofa in a light tone, bringing a feeling of lightness and pleasant relaxation, complemented by a copper table and a lantern. The graphite tone of the wall is perfectly balanced with the overall space, and the elegant work and decorative pillows add style and accent to the muted shades. An interesting design solution is the hidden place for solitude. This part of the living area is separated by an ethanol fireplace and light-colored wood paneling, which together with the natural parquet give a feeling of coziness and warmth.

Dining Room

Visually separated, but in perfect symbiosis, the dining space and the resting place are combined. The designer table in the dining room is complemented by upholstered chairs in light tones, and the lighting fixtures – carefully selected and layered in the vertical, create a romantic atmosphere. The TV rotates around an axis that allows its use 360 degrees in both areas and adds a perfect finish to the living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is closed by a glass door, preventing odors from going into the rest of the apartment, but at the same time not visually loading the atmosphere. The approach to it is through an entrance from the living room, with a particularly unpleasant beveled ceiling. We hid the bevel in elegant cabinets, some of them transformed into a small closet for storing pillows from the terrace. The kitchen is small, yet extremely functional and comfortable. To absorb the cabinets under the bevel, we made them deeper, thus their countertops end at a ceiling height of 180 cm. The fronts of the cabinets are made from the same panels as in the paneling and the worktop mimics a rusty metal.

Bedroom with Dressing Room

Earthy tones are present in the bedroom, and the contrast is made by the dark blue wall, accentuated by designer mirrors above the bedroom. It uses light upholstery, which delicately harmonizes with the natural parquet in the same color range.
In addition to the bedroom, we have a built-in wardrobe, the distribution of which provides a great opportunity to store personal belongings, clothes and shoes. Completely designed in light tones in the beige range, the space is separated by a place for hangers and has open shelves and cabinets for more convenience and functionality.

Bathroom

A strict note of modern look in a classic color combination of dark gray, where the emphasized presence of marble surfaces creates a unique atmosphere of luxury and refined style.

Living room, Kitchen, Dining room

The living room is with open layout and connected to the dining room and the kitchen, which is delicately separated by a glass door, flow into it. Comfortable upholstered furniture, a palpable presence of daylight and the combination of dark and light natural wood are just some of this modern charm. The neutral range in combination with light accents complement and bring unique elegance to the interior.
The dining room has a beautiful table with a natural wood top, around which are located six chairs in a modern look. We have created the kitchen in a classic style with a slight old-fashioned flavor, where the accent is the beautifully painted ornamentation on the floor. Designed in cream, practically equipped and with a beautiful view of the city.

Master bedroom

The bedroom is based on a clean design with a combination of neutral colors. Natural wood on the floor and some of the furniture emphasize this color scheme. A beautiful bedroom upholstered in beige, the exquisite ceiling and the carefully selected gentle accents turn this area into an extremely cozy room, creating a feeling of comfort and tranquility.

Kid’s bedroom

The children’s room is a real jewel. The color palette is a mixture of soft shades of pink, giving it a fabulous charm, and the brighter color accents of purple add variety, making it even more playful. In it we find a boutique chandelier, delicate wallpaper, richly decorated with butterfly ornaments covering most of the walls, charming children’s beds and a place to study. The large windows provide enough natural light and enhance its fabulous radiance.

Master bathroom

The bathroom brings a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and style. Observing the theme of the furniture is tinted in the same gentle and light shades of beige, combined with natural materials. A beautiful broken dressing table, an exquisite mosaic and a unique selection of details give this space elegance and charm.

INTERIOR DESIGN OF A MODERN AND COZY LIVING ROOM, SOFIA

Functional layout

Introducing an interior design of a living room and kitchen, combining comfort and warmth in a modern interior design. The assignment was to create an impressive space which at the same time maintains a sense of family comfort. We used warm colors and materials in contrast to cold ones, to achieve a balance between the home comfort and the modern style. The room is divided into four areas – kitchen, dining area with fireplace and a lounge with soft seating at the TV.

Кухня

Build-in kitchen made with white lacquered MDF panels with friezes of oak veneer, placed on the lower and upper parts of the kitchen. The worktop is made of stainless steel with a back from white Lakobel. The refrigerator is built-in with an additional cabinet, which continues along the kitchen. All cabinets have “push” mechanisms allowing their opening by gently pressing, eliminating the need for visible handles. Along the kitchen we positioned paneling concealing the door to the hallway, which in part to the living room turns into a sleek cabinet with open and closed elements. Panels of white lacquered MDF and veneer oak, following the grid of the kitchen look as if they are a part of it. A kitchen island with integrated hob increases the workspace, finishing with a freestanding bar, it becomes the focus of the kitchen.

Dining room

Dining room, positioned opposite of the kitchen, consists of a table with wooden top and metal legs and chairs with soft textile backs.

Living room

The fireplace is built-in, lined with natural stone from floor to ceiling, positioned in front of it are two comfortable armchairs with secondary table. TV in the lounge area is hooked on the wall at an angle by a wooden frame, allowing it to be viewed from all sides of the room. Suspended ceiling with slots at the curtains and hidden lighting before the curtains cornices, giving them a nice glow and keeping a clean design. The colors of the walls are in neutral tones and the materials are repeated in the different areas, achieving the desired interior design.
