This impressive one-story villa with a custom design, which gives the feeling of harmony and tranquility, envelops in greenery and surrounded by forest aesthetics. The main idea of the project is to bring people closer to nature. This was achieved through the use of natural colors and natural materials. The exterior is a beautiful combination of stone and glass, with a spacious courtyard, and the interior is largely made of stone and wood, including the ceiling. The open floor plan on the main level of the villa includes a kitchen, dining room and relaxation area.

The kitchen is modern, spacious and extremely elegant. The choice of black creates a slightly extravagant atmosphere, highlighted by a beautiful stone wall for the background. At its base is a kitchen island with a bar, where metal and chrome accents, in combination with dark cabinets in walnut tones, break up the monotonous look by adding a touch of glamor and luxury. Equipped with everything you need, it also has a specially designated warehouse for storage and convenience for the hosts.
The dining room of the villa is a real delight. The table is large, designed for 10 people, comfortable armchairs with soft upholstery and a ceiling copper chandelier. A separate bar is positioned on the side, behind which is a wine cellar, bringing a touch of class to the overall design. A wall lined with light stone and with a built-in fireplace was built as an accent of the space. Large panoramic windows provide enough natural light and a beautiful view of nature. Although the interior is modern-looking, wood makes up the majority of the décor, emphasizing the aristocratic spirit and giving a sense of exclusive and secluded atmosphere.
The clean and calm design of the relaxation area gives a comfortable feeling. The décor, although simple, brings character with original shapes – a towering head of a deer and spectacular drawers located on the wall bookcases. The dark walls blend harmoniously with the color shades of the upholstered furniture, creating a balanced and purposeful scheme. The balance between contemporary elements and more classic touches contributes to the cozy and homely feel. This space is perfect for relaxing and interacting.
The terrace furniture is a blend of classic elegance and contemporary fresh design. A fireplace has been built, creating such a soothing and relaxing atmosphere, next to which there is a table with 10 seats. In the rest, a stylish and comfortable seating area of two modern chairs is placed around a low wooden table with a marble effect. The way these elements interact with each other and with the landscape is what makes this space so charming and beautiful.
The design of the courtyard is adapted to the sloping terrain, including a seating area, a stone path, a meadow, as well as an extremely rich vegetation. A yard with timeless appeal and gorgeous landscaping that gives it such an open and boundless feel.
The assignment from the clients for this clothing store is to gain the feeling of a boutique showroom in the design of their stores to achieve a sense of a luxury clothing brand without investing a lot of money in the interior. We must achieve a clean and modern look, which through its design visually expands the space, but at the same time with an elegant way to fit and present all items that the brand offers.

Symmetrically dividing the space and shifting all exhibition standers and shelves to the two long walls we absorb a relatively large space in the center of the store without having to reduce the exhibition area. The store has a warehouse, two fully functional and comfortable changing rooms, reception / cash desk, two exhibition walls with stands of approximately eight meters each with integrated in them shelves for shoes, bags and accessories with the same length. The space in the center is suitable for freestanding models and allows the addition of an extra stand.
The clothing stands are fully fixed to the wall with concealed steel structure without sides as if they are suspended in the air. The construction is hidden in a “case” of gypsum board in the upper it is lower part and solved with matt glass and hidden illumination in it. Thereby the clothes at the bottom are backlit from the top emphasizing them with light, while the accessories above are illuminated from below, giving them an interesting glow that makes each item stand out. Mirrors along the shelves give a depth of space, while contributing to the perception of its products. At the top above the shelf, the structure logically repeats continuing to the ceiling to create the impression as if the shelves and studs are cuts in the wall.
The shop is fully opened at the front, so the decision that all of the stressful details are pushed to the walls is the best for the site. At the end of the premises is the reception, which is imitating a mirror cube, made of panels with mirror effect. The wall behind it is completely clean, hosting only the logo of the brand in combination with the distribution of the space and its clean design the logo becomes the focus of the store and instantly grabs the attention of its visitors. Behind the wall at a slight angle, are located the two dressing rooms, enclosed with curtains hanging from the ceiling to the ground. The door to the storage is made of plasterboard with color as the one from the wall so it becomes completely invisible to the customers. Opposite one another there are two mirrored walls made from crystal glass, which introduced additional depth in the design.
We bring to your attention an unusual interior design of a Bar in downtown Sofia. The desire from the clients was the design to be eclectic, combining classical style with modern fraction to make this a favorite place for the people from the art community of the city. Besides a coffee bar, the space is also a gallery, piano bar with live music and a restaurant with a kitchen. The aim was to make the coziness in an attractive environment to create the feeling among clients for comfort and relaxation.

The premise is mentally divided into three zones; piano area at the entrance, a bar area and an area with sofas and tables in the long part. At the entrance our sight stopped on classical library integrated into it is a restored and modernized piano positioned in a niche between two walls finished with classic French wallpapers, the composition appears as part of an aristocratic house from the last century. Attached to it we have a modern exhibition niche with mirror back, backlit glass shelves and stainless steel frame, the aim is to emphasize the contrast between the two styles. In the bar we have a lowered ceiling, dividing it logically from the rest of the space.
Because industrial interior design relies so much on raw materials such as wood, metal, wrought steel, copper and aluminum pipes, we have compensated with natural textiles and lighting to break the harsh atmosphere. We used bold lines, cleverly arranged furniture and retro items to create this inspiring art setting. In the relaxation area we find exposed brickwork, which is an exceptional feature of the industrial style, combining beautifully with the elegant leather sofa and antiques. The upholstered armchair and cushions in yellow add an accent to the whole atmosphere, and the walls, decorated with paintings, bring an indescribable vintage spirit and deliver a different experience. The ceiling is made entirely of copper pipes and grilles in black, decorated with fresh flowers. An impressive part of this area is the built-in library with wooden shelves and unique decorative elements – deer’s head, various books and a black piano. A sustainable design with a unique aesthetic, where functionality and solid foundations become the focus.
The bar is a successful combination of innovative solutions in parallel with the advantages of the old layout. The idea was to create a soulful friendly bar that transports time and preserves the intimate atmosphere. The polished hardwood top and black bar stools with brown upholstery have something particularly elegant in them and bring a light weight. Under the tabletop we find gentle LED lighting, which creates an ethereal contrast and enhances the beauty of the atmosphere. Large graphite columns and black brick masonry for the background are an outstanding feature of the industrial style and are beautifully combined with the more sophisticated wooden elements.
The assignment by the client for this project was his house to be in a modern style which creates the feeling of a night club. The idea is to use “cold” materials such as metal, glass and stone, integrated with grayish accents and white lacquered panels with a glossy effect.

The center of the room is a paneling made of dark grey MDF panels with gloss, as if chaotically cut, they follow a complex grid of geometric shapes involved in the design of the house. Joints formed between the elements are backlit inside, grabbing the attention and arousing interest. Furthermore as an accent in the room, the paneling is intended to conceal the door and walls of the bathroom, it also logically separates the kitchen from the living room. Comfortable sofa with straight angular shapes and a number of mechanisms for added comfort, and a fireplace built into the wall, lined with stainless steel frame, contributing to the proper sense of the atmosphere in the living room.
The stairs to the second floor, are finished in technical stone with glass railing lit in its base and lined with stainless steel mirror effect underneath, it visually increases the space under the staircase. The monochromatic tonality of the living room is illuminated by bright paintings in contemporary art style, giving a contrast in a particular way with the overall interior design.
The kitchen is modern and with clean shapes, made out of white glossy MDF and worktops made of stainless steel with a mirror effect, positioned on a dark accent walls, it contrasts with the environment, but also creates a unique depth to the room. All cabinets are equipped with “Push” mechanism, which allows the opening with just a tap. The back of the kitchen at the worktop is designed with a lit glass panels and foil at its back which repeats the raster image from the paneling in the living room. A comfortable, freestanding kitchen island increases the total workspace of the kitchen and adds extra storage space. Exhibition cabinet, in which we integrated a TV, appears as an extension of the kitchen. The dining table is made of a metal frame and technical white stone resembling the one from the floor and the stairs. Interesting highlights are the raster slots in the ceiling, repeating the shapes from the paneling, they are solved into the suspended ceilings and are made from Barisol.
The desire of the client for this bedroom was a very modern and luxurious interior with a number of amenities, combining interior design with a hint of a presidential suite in a five star apartment. The idea was to create an impressive bedroom, while the concept remains up to date over time.

We positioned the bed in the middle of the room, made in bright textiles with straight forms, separated with glass panels at its back and behind it in a niche in the wall we positioned an open and fully visible closet with cabinet at the bottom and a rail with hangers at the top, resembling a showcase boutique clothing store.
Raised above the ground on a pedestal of Italian marble, we positioned an elegant, freestanding bathtub, which is fully involved in the interior design of the bedroom. One wall is designed with paneling made of panels with veneer of stained oak, a material involved in other furniture pieces in the interior. We integrated the TV into the panels, positioned on a moving arm, it can conveniently be seen from the bed and from the tub.
The door to the bathroom is completely hidden in the paneling, which gives a lighter feeling for the design. Along the paneling we positioned the walk-in wardrobe, fully visible through sliding glass doors, but at the same time it is separated from the bedroom. The interior of this boudoir again aims to represent a luxury boutique solved entirely of wood paneling. Completely comfortable and functional, this dressing room has a capacity for a large amount of shoes, bags, accessories and more. In the middle there is a convenient large puff seating, integrated into the cabinet for jewelry and accessories. One wall is decorated entirely in mirrored panels repeating the raster from the paneling, giving depth to the space.
Hidden and backlit ceiling cornices and built-in halogen lighting fixtures, contributing to the clean and modern interior design of the room. The floor is carpeted in light, giving comfort and warmth to the interior. The colors are in neutral tones with an emphasis of darker brownish gray in the corner with the dresser and the tub.
The idea for this office is to create a comfortable and functional environment in which the luxury and the stability of the company are to be present in every detail of the interior.
The Brief from the client is to be no hierarchy among the employees to create the feeling in them that they are more like business partners rather than employees. Each workplace is arranged so that everyone has its private space, giving him the opportunity for privacy and at the same time the feeling that he is a part of the team. Only the owner of the company has an Individual office, which in its turn clearly defines him as the leader. A luxury, modern and clean interior design is required, one which will be up-to-date even after five years.

The interior design of an office aims to execute a number of important features for the company, which must on a subconscious level influence in one way the employees and in another the visitors. On the one hand, the office aims to be the face of the company it has to inspire stability and professionalism into the eyes of the visitors, to demonstrate that the company is serious and to persuade the customer that this is the right place for him. On the other hand, the office should encourage employees to give a hundred percent of themselves at work. This involves the use of countless clever tricks that dramatically differ from one another but the goal is always the same – the employees to be productive at a maximum level, being stimulated at most by their own beliefs.
Although the premises is an open space, the glass partition behind the reception desk logically separates the space without the need of closing it with walls. It houses seven workplaces for the employees, a workspace for the receptionist as well as a seating for informal meetings. Molded board with concealed cabinets defines the approach to the conference room, restroom and kitchen. The door to the toilet is completely hidden in it, while the one for the kitchen is made of glass from floor to ceiling following the line of the design it gives the appearance of a logical extension of the paneling. Column almost in the center of the room is hidden in an elegant and convenient cupboard which continuous throughout its height, thus the column becomes completely invisible. The far wall of the room is designed with a luxurious library following the whole length of it, composed of backlit shelves without frames fixed on to the back of the wall.
The solution was to create a large open space, merging the office area with the entrance and the reception, utilizing a logical transition to the other separate rooms. At the entrance there is a stylish waiting area and a reception desk, partitioned in the rear with a glass panel opened on both sides, allowing easy access to the rest of the premises. Glass door from the floor to the ceiling at the entrance next to the front desk is the Cabinet of the owner. The idea is that every visitor is “Welcome”, greeted at the reception, but at the same time may not proceed without being invited. Thus visitors like suppliers, etc., stay only at the entrance, while customers are welcomed and seated properly, leaving them the feeling of being special.
In the meeting room the focus is on a solid and stylish table in the center of the room, allowing the accommodation of up to ten people. One wall is designed in an accent color, recurrent throughout the office interior. The company logo is positioned on it. Our goal with this type of projects is that the key concept of an interior architecture is to be present in every room, the materials, colors and shapes used are to be repeated in the individual areas to achieve a refined and sophisticated interior design that impresses!

Build-in kitchen made with white lacquered MDF panels with friezes of oak veneer, placed on the lower and upper parts of the kitchen. The worktop is made of stainless steel with a back from white Lakobel. The refrigerator is built-in with an additional cabinet, which continues along the kitchen.
